hopefully our Indian friends are aware of the importance of Premier League revenue to their finances, that at least gives them some incentive to stick with us. If they try to sell us as a Championship club the price will be greatly reduced.

It doesn`t seem to make sense that Kentaro own the club ,they would only be charging themselves agents fees etc.And owning a P.L.club is a hobby not a living as everyone rightly says. I may be wrong but I believe they are now history and lessons have been learnt.

The club would be paying the fees, when the money runs out tough titi, they find another honey pot

Getting wound up by unsubstantiated rumours won’t help anyone sleep at night, that Bob Flemings a nightmare if he’s not had his 7hrs.

 I stand by it GAV.

Great post by Glenn Mullen by the way.

End of the day the mangager shouldn't be in charge. Venky's don't care - if they did they wouldn't have removed the people from the club who had the knowledge and experience to help them.

And there's a reason why they removed these people isn't there?

Because they had the best interests of Blackburn Rovers at heart, rather then turning our once proud club into a big tacky advert / marketing tool for Venkys sodding Chicken.

I’d much rather people put efforts into getting rid of that excuse for a manager, the sooner he goes the more chance of survival we have.

I totally agree GAV. The problem is finding a replacement. I honestly can't see any decent manager wanting to come anywhere near this club. Can you imagine Mark Hughes wanting to work for these people? Sadly, they are totally out of their depth and their naivety may well destroy this club for a generation to come.

Our only hope is that the Rao family admit their shortcomings, appoint some experienced administrators and then go on bended knee to a decent manager and offer him a free hand in rebuilding the playing squad. Unfortunately, I can't see it happening and I suspect we will continue to plod on with Kean until it's too late to change things.

Because they have no interest in spending money to put things right.

They only care about their business, and now everyone knows their name.

By the time we eventually get rid of these people, they will have shellacked the club good and proper. It will take a long, long time to recover from it.

I just hope the trust are damn well pleased with themselves.

The whole thing just breaks my heart.

Question to the Mods;

This website is the largest fans supporter site of BRFC I believe,In that respect,do we not hold a bit of clout?.Would it not be possible to ask Venky's if they would be prepared to speak to us and answer relevant questions regarding what they are doing with our club and what they see as the future?

Is their nothing we as a collective can do to apply pressure?

( I feel almost embarrassed to have to be asking this of our owners <_< )

I'm not sure thats the case Bryan, they've brought in Goodwillie and Petrovic, with wages thats around 14m over 4yrs.

They're looking at bringing in at least 2 more, deals worth a similar amount, if not more for the striker at 5m transfer fee, that’s pushing 30m over 4yrs with wages.

The problem I have is that these lads have no premiership experience and are Kean buys, who week after week proves he’s out of his depth.

They all need to 'gel' and quick.

The Blackburn Rovers job will still be sought after I'm sure of that Parson.

I think many underestimate the pulling power of the premiership.

We have tried and tried and tried and tried and tried and tried but they will not talk to us and allow us to ask the questions that the fans want us to ask.

There is a certain person at Ewood who continues to block any official contact with the owner, this person seems to have a deep dislike of this site and it's members.

I will continue to try via Venky's PR and hopefully one day they will see sense and decide to talk to the fans, the longer they don't the more apparent it becomes that they do not care/want to answer concerns that the fans have. It is totally bizarre that they have owned the club for 9 months and still there has not been a press conference where press can ask them questions or even a Q&A with the clubs official television channel.

Waste of time Simon. They have lied to us up to now. Why would we expect their answers to be truthful now?

You are 100% correct, getting a replacement manager in would not be a problem should Kean be sacked, remember Martin O'Neill was prepared to join the porn barons at West Ham Utd who are just as crazy as Venky's are in many respects.

If ANY of this is true where does John Williams stand in all this? He must have been acting for the Walker Trust and not for BRFC?

Lets not make any bones about this, John Williams did wonderful things for Blackburn Rovers, but certain things are coming to light that paint certain people in a less than favourable light, ALLEDGEDLY.

Just what the hell are we dealing with here Kamy...who the hell are these people now in charge at Ewood who have crept in through the back door!!!

Have we completely lost our Football club on all levels?...just WTF is going on here!!

This almost feels like a hostile takeover,a 'them and us' situation

I personally think that this person should be named and shamed, the fans are the reason they are able to take a wage home at the end of the month, that applys to both club officials and players, no fans = no club.

What I would like to see though is how would the club react to fans openly criticise the way it is being run in articles such as Glen Mullans, can they stop fans airing their opinions, I personally would love to see how low the owners will go when dealing with disgruntled fans who protest within the confines of the law. Its obvious at the moment with the attitude of the club and its officials such as the muppet who you say dislikes this site and its posters will not accept criticism. I offer this challenge if the club don't like what I am saying then the Rao's may come round to my house and collect my season ticket because it is I and every other fan that makes any football club sustainable because without us there would be no sky money, ticket sales and revenue from kit sales and half time beer and pies. The sooner people at our club and football in general realise this the better.

Sorry Im feeling a bit Ranty today

I always went with the line "trust the trust" and have a huge amount of respect for John Williams et al. But SERIOUS questions need to be asked about the level of due diligence that was undertaken on the Venky's and also Syed Ali (remember Rovers were satisfied with his credentials enough to give him a period of exclusivity). After years of being on the market and knocking back a large number of buyers, what changed during last summer? which allowed these type of people through the door? Was it that the trust relaxed the conditions of sale?

It is to simplistic to say that Venky's lied there way through the process, Rothchilds, the trustees and John Williams should have checked these guys thoroughly and should have got agreements on the principles that Mrs D outlined on the day the club was bought in writing.

As it stands I am afraid to say that the trust have let us down BADLY, and in turn not fulfilled what Jack Walker wanted which was Rovers to flourish in the long term.

You may well be right Gav but was Williams not ultimately answerable to the Trust?,perhaps he was in no position to rock the boat and challenge their final decisions himself.

To be fair, he has rather good reason to, but the game has changed since them, the stakes are higher, our clout is a lot more these days and he'll soon face much better problems than us. I've therefore offered him an olive branch (twice now) that I hope will be accepted and let bygones be bygones because ultimately we'd like to be more of a help to the club than a hindrance.

... and make no mistake, whilst John and Tom were always willing to talk to us, they both found a lot of the stuff written on the forum part of the site that made their blood boil.

Yes, as the Chairman he was heavily involved with the negotiation process.

I am going to try and get John on one of the future podcasts, he is a man who has a lot of integrity and I am sure that he will be willing to answer any questions that we have about the sale process.
