Those injuries sure are convenient

May as well just come out and say they are being rested

Then you'll get 'but the supporters deserve better' etc.

That is a team that is capable of doing the same as 10days ago, but shows that the league is held as more important. Good line-up in the circumstances, imo.

Strong team really. Expect Campbell will be told to chase around and Harry their defenders and then he'll be replaced at some point when he's knackered. Expect us to play a 3 man midfield and try and get on the ball like we did in the first game. Is Mahoney the 1

we got from Accy?

Suppose we are about to find out just how good Lowe and Williamson are, should be interesting to see the teams engine room competing against some of the best players in this country.

The fact remains that isn't a true test of their ability for the league we are in

Lets not use unfair comparisons against them

My lights keep flickering a power cut may be on the way

Someone please phone city and ask them to check with me before kick off

Wasn't the first game enough for ya?

Are you only saying this now because there's every chance we'll get a mauling?

Does anybody know if Bon Accord rested anybody against Arbroath on12 September 1885?

I do. It cost me an arm and a leg to travel to Scotland for that game. Train from Preston to Glasgow and pony and cart for too many miles finishing up by shanks' pony for the last three miles only to find out that Bon Accord's stupid manager had decided to rest, not only his first team but his reserves as well.

I was furious. Bon Accord were the be-all and end-all to me in those days.

Please don't mention it again. It gives me the heeby-jeebies.

It's taken the gloss off, that's for sure. Very negative from Bow-rinho.

I was expecting defeat but hoping for a performance. Sounds like a forfeit instead.

Hope those brave souls who are freezing their bits off at the Council Ground get something to shout about.

If Rhodes & Dann are genuinely injured, then the only unforced change is DJ for Gestede.

Apart from that and the injuries it's an unchanged line-up from the last game.

Defensive midfielders lets see how god they are now.

This is the standard that the club allegedly wants to be playing at, so here we go, lets see how they do.

The ITV coverage is basically 'ooooh we have the chance to show man city, also another team may be here somewhere'

We are in for 90 minutes of salivating over every touch of the ball

So if we lose 6-0, Lowe & Williamson are good enough for Tottenham?

Scott Dann is also good enough to be a premier league forward it would seem
