Most of the top teams in England aren't "English" anymore.

At least Villarreal's team were predominantly home-grown talent. Can't say the same for 'Pool.

That's the thing. There's nothing English about most Prem teams these days.

Only a few years ago Real Madrid seemed to have more English players (Beckham, Owen and Woodgate) than any of the "English" clubs playing in Europe. Imagine supporting a bunch of foreign mercenaries from the English Premiership against 2-3 proper English lads playing for a foreign country. ^_^

I'll be 'supporting' Athletico and Sevilla in the finals (the underdogs).
