So , less than an hour ago you apologise then half an hour later you have a pop ? Weird .. Attack ? Nah I really really can't be arsed . You win .

You're thinking of someone else mate. Plus I did try to say I wasn't having a pop. I'm questioning double standards in the mods more than anything else.

Good. I never got the Larwence love-in. Bit of a nothing player.

We must have u21's with more about them.

This could have been a Shrewsbury for us.

I think this has been a wake up call that all positions are up for grabs and that there is everything to play for. The team responded well.

Yes the league games are important but a good draw for us in the cup and things get interesting. More money in and the chance of a big pay day.

I think the team will be more balanced now and hopefully with a couple of marquee signings we will begin to feel proud again. Probably not this season but worth being patient and giving the manager time.

Good show allround as for selling JR good money for a good goal poucher if its spent well which I am sure our manager will do then its the right decsion

Notice how Watt's goal came from him pressing the defender and forcing him into a mistake. Not saying Rhodes wouldn't have done that, but Rhodes wouldn't have done that.

It's a good job you didn't say that.

History being re-written all over again.

Rhodes made plenty of goals on his own. Let's face it, with some of the waxworks behind him, he had to.

Still, don't let that stop a good re-working.

Lovely move down the right hand side in the second half to set up a great shooting chance. Shame the shooter lost the plot completely right at the end.

It was a great move to watch (pity about the finish). How many times have we see a Rovers move like that in the last couple of seasons?

I only remember one and that's because of AdamRochina's typo of 'he took posiedon from the edge of the biscuit'

 don't remember that but it sounds bonkers!

Rhodes made plenty of goals himself.

The big issue with Rhodes, and why I think he gets so much stick, is a distinct lack of pace OR physical presence. If he had one or the other he'd be a Premier League player by now.

I fear JR is making a big mistake leaving, if boro fail to go up he will be in the same boat as here but with less adoration, could get sticky

None recently. That was a really nice bit of one and two touch play, very hard to defend against. It had them chasing shadows.

if he made goals himself and scored them as well, he WOULD have been in the PL years ago Stuart.

I'm sorry Stu, but Rhodes is all about making good contact with the ball in the area. He very rarely mishits a shot or snatches at a chance - but making things happen apart from that - no, can't agree.
