They want someone to take the role of CEO who is happy to have minimal responsibility to give the power mainly to Suhail.

The CEO should have accountability for it all. If he wants to delegate it out elsewhere that's fine but the buck stops with him.

So it's a CAO they need to run a specific department not a CEO to run the whole show.

I totally agree Dom. The Owner/CEO should run the show and people under them answer to the Owner/CEO. 

Simple structure is need here 

Owner/CEO with deputy CEO under that with a couple of directors on the board like Financial director and non-executive directors then the head of department reporting the Owner/CEO and the board. Agree?

The ED investigation will be concerned with all Venky's activities of which Rovers are a part. Rovers get mentioned regularly in the court cases. Even if the initial trigger for the investigation was not Rovers related, they still need to go to court every time they need to fund the club. See below from last week's case.

Do we know if they deposited the 50% in the bond to allow this to e released and then sent the amount to VLL to pay the liabilities?

If they haven't, this could be the reason the Travis for sale rumours have started. 

if it was requested nearly 2 months ago, if it hasn't been sent, there could be major issues.

No contract renewals; no new signings; rumours of outgoings....can only mean one thing IMO.

We're broke and Venky's can't/won't send any money, so we need to sell anyone we can and cut costs just to keep the lights on.
