Come on, who would they  appoint even if we did pot him?

It’s not been pretty, especially at home, but three excellent away wins and a number of clean sheets.

It’s further up the food chain that we need change.

He's got 3 wins in 18.

He needs to go.

agreed there.

Now Eustace need some financial backing and good transfer budget this summer to improve the squad and bring in his own players so we can play his style of football and get up that table

A new CEO and Commercial head is deffo needed

I’d be more hopeful  if it was Eustace bringing in his own players.

He might get a say, but signings are down to Broughton, which I see as a problem.

We need new owners.

All the problems lead to their door.

If they pot Waggott, they will bring in another clown.

Owners aren't going anywhere so it mooted point tho I do agree.

The commercial side of this club is very poor and no ambition to improve the commercial side of the club through better sponsorship for the Rovers shirt, sponsors around the ground, etc.

GB and Eustace will sit next week I would have thought and decided what we need going forward.

The problem isn't Broughton, the problem is that due to their dodgy financial dealings we haven't invested in the squad in 3 transfer windows - and we're approximately £22m in the black (not including the Raya money, or the A. Wharton add-ons) in that time.

I'm not sure Broughton even gets much say at this point. Would've be surprised if he's moved on in the summer.

The jury is still out on Eustace, as it should be...but he now deserves a pre-season and a transfer window to try and shape a group of players into a cohesive unit that actually has something about them. Granted recruitment isn't fully down to him, but it's his job to coach the group and make them a team, as it was JDT's job before him.

The fact that he hasn't managed a win at Ewood yet though is awful. He has a lot of work to do with this squad. Hopefully it's the last time we've seen some of them in Rovers shirts today. Gallagher immediately springs to mind.

Disagree.

If I thought we’d bring in an upgrade I’d concur.

I don’t care about statistics to meet an agenda.

We were shipping goals left, right and centre when Eustace took over.

With one exception, he changed that completely.

Prior to Leeds and Leicester those games were being conceded by some.

We won them both.

The guy has earned the right to a proper chance next season.

There are no relegations on his CV, (unlike certain other head coaches I could mention).

They are the main problem, without doubt.

Personally. I wouldn’t trust Broughton even if significant funds were available.

Did his job. No complaints. Passing grade. Dont think he is any great shakes but happy to see what he can do

I wouldn't go that far. He was brought in to fight fires, so you cut him some slack, but the results haven't been good enough all in all.

Having said that though, his first task was just to keep us up and he's delivered. Give him a pre-season and a transfer window and see what he can do. I bet Birmingham fans are wishing they still had him in charge!

Just about did what he had to to reach the minimum standard.

Some amazing results but some absolute stinkers since he came in.

Give him the summer window at least and see what he can do I suppose

I think if the club had any ambition (which we know it doesn't) we should get rid of Eustace.

Ironically that is probably how Brum saw it - getting rid is easy but replacing with an upgrade is tougher when the decision makers are tools

…..then Suhail and the owners will laugh and tell them to f*ck off.

A very pleasing irony.

Brum potted him after a decent start to the season, then a mixture of Mowbray and Rowett took them down.

TM got them 10 points from 6 games so I don’t think he was one of their problems.

I’d rather aspire to be balanced than always positive.

I’d love it if Venkys suddenly started running the club properly, but if it was going to happen it would’ve happened by now.

Next season will likely be a fight for survival, at best.

I’d have more time for him if he cut out the hyperbole.

The ‘group’ hasn’t been sensational since he came in (see today’s interview)

He knows that, they know that, and we know that.

By all means ‘big up’ your players if you feel you must but please do so with some sense of realism.

The problem with someone always being positive (about Rovers) is they’ll nearly always turn out to be wrong as well.

Praise in public, criticise in private.

As much as you'd love to hear him call out Gallagher for being shite in the media, that gets him nowhere. If he's not banging on Broughton's door tomorrow morning asking for a new GK and CF then he's literally wasting everyone's time.

I want better than just survival next season.

I agree but the praise needs to be at least loosely based on reality or it has no meaning.
