I'm guessingΒ Baradji would also take up our last ESC slot?

saw in here the other day we are only allowed 4. Toth Just missed out qualifying. Not sure if Mafoumbi qualifies as a spot. Ak takes one. Should be one spot left depending on Mafoumbi

Mafoumbi is using an ESC.

I've got nothing against the club trying to unearth some gems from more obscure sources, I think it's potentially a good strategy and if a few come off then those involved deserve credit. The only thing that annoys me is the misleading of the transfer fee's.Β

Β

Seeing as we're not signing another CB, I'd say this will probably be the final perm signing of the window, any others will be young prem loans I think.Β

Are all transfer fees reported not misleading? They are either undisclosed or you are given a figure. Never given the breakdown of fee up front plus whatever….

We are still looking for a centre back? The articles are saying we won't be signing a batth replacement, so only interested in bringing in 1 centre back not 2

Pace, athleticism and power has been the order of the day so far with our 4 new signings (2 imminent). Not counting Forshaw as he just re-signed.

The two full backs are athletic and have pace. Probably squad players though.Β

The two midfielders have athleticism and can carry the ball. Tavaers likely a back up, Baradji likely a starter.

I don't know if any of them are any good but it's the right type of traits we've been crying out for.

We do need a couple of more battle harden championship players to add experience to the squad. And some genuine quality in attacking areas. We need a replacement for Dennis, Weimann, and Dolan up top.

Agree although Dennis was so ineffective in his loan spell that he may as well have not been at the club at all.

Surely we need a RW not a LW, I know they are some what interchangeable but De Neve, Kargbo and Hedges for the left

Ismael said back at the start of the summer that Hedges would likely be used on the right this season.

We certainly need another out there though.

Looks a unit

This guy reminds me of my wife, neither of them seem to have any interest in going down on a tackle.

Baradji seems to be an β€˜engine room’ powerful marauding athletic type, like Steven Reid.

If it is the last permanent signing then serious questions need to be asked about how those resources have been used.

Our weakest area last season was our attack, we didnt score anywhere near enough and that was with Dolan and Weimann. We surely have to pay a fee for at least one attacking player, surely 2 but definitely a right winger, and then also a centre back.

Otherwise, big questions would surely arise as to why we spent fees on 2 midfielders instead. Buy 3 more aswell as these and then youve got a group that hopefullt boost us short term but that we have long term too.

Some players just have that knack to not go down have 3 sets of legs kicking away at the ball and still come out with it. Out of all our signings I'm excited about this moussa

Looks a talent. Hopefully the club stamp mark on him and at least give him a 4 year deal.Β

Would be the only player contracted until 2029 if they do, save for a couple of options.

3 year deal I imagine, for both new players.

I am sure that I read an old interview with him that he likes his wingers cutting inside,Β  Β If so, we can expect Hedges and De Neve will compete for the spot on the right, Kargbo and someone else on the left

Another midfielder? Another player and even club I've had to read up on, on Google. It's another player in and another unknown. It's exciting if nothing else. I think there are some gems to be found. For every ohsashi, tronstad and van hecke. There's always a James brown, Clinton mola or telalovic. It might be cheap and cheerful but it'll take a few months to decide if they're shite or not.
