But that is mostly, or even entirely, of the club's own choosing, due to well discussed issues with contracts and budgets. So if it is a path we have chosen, why should people get credit or labels of it being a success to finish lower than last season off the back of it? Quote

Could be he's going to Qarabag who look like they are going to qualify for Champions League 1 Quote

It is lunacy on the face of it BUT we are where we are and if it were to take a couple of seasons to succeed and come to fruition then that wouldn't be unreasonable nor would it be for this year to be one of consolidation and improvement. (I dont think that will happen for the avoidance of any doubt, I think the whole thing is completely bonkers and entirely cost driven) Quote

ROVER_N_OUT1978 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago (edited) That Lorient striker looks like he's off to Qarabag. Can't say I'm overly bothered. No fee for Travis, the usual undisclosed Edited 4 hours ago by ROVER_N_OUT1978 Quote
Popular Post norwichblue Posted 4 hours ago Popular Post Posted 4 hours ago Makes me feel a bit ill seeing him in that shirt. All the best to him, but not Derby. He’s going to have the game of his life back at Ewood for the 150th celebration game isn’t he. Sad to see him go, great player who always put 100% in for the badge. Let’s hope Barajdi is just as good if not better. 9 1 Quote

rovers11 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Interesting that we made a point of adding this in the statement 😆 He now links up with his former Rovers team-mates Danny Batth, Andi Weimann, Owen Beck, Dion Sanderson and fellow Rovers Academy graduate Ryan Nyambe at Derby County, managed by ex-Rovers head coach John Eustace. 8 Quote

Backroom Tom Posted 3 hours ago Backroom Posted 3 hours ago Travis is ‘welcome back at Ewood any time’ then? Quote
MarkBRFC Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Notice how it doesn't say that he's welcome back at Ewood any time like "Bucko" is. 1 Quote

But a crap player moving to Saudi Arabia is emotional? 2 Quote

Travis is not the problem. 10 Quote

If so, and in view of last season's finish, why? Depends how low tbh. Results are important but if we lose more than last season games it will also be about the manner in which the players perform which will also matter to me. The early and late goal are something that annoy me under VI. Edited 3 hours ago by Neal 1 Quote
