Nobody has been bought that's any better than what we have and to impact the first 11.

I would say we're currently weaker than our squad last season, but not significantly (yet!). The 'bigger' deals tend to be done towards the end of the window when the better loans become available and prices drop for the better players.

So many unknowns yet, but Brittain will almost certainly leave and prob Trav too. That makes us significantly weaker than last season. Can we compensate that by being stronger in attacking positions? 

We need two attacking additions - RW and ST. The attacking players generally make or break your season. I do like the look of Kargbo and Tyjon. Think they'll add a lot to the attack next season. Ohashi could easily bag 15+ goals.

I really like him, a few question marks on his decision making/final ball but let's be honest, if he had that polished he'd be playing at a higher level. His pace and directness is so refreshing, if we can keep him fit he'll cause issues this year, then it'll be a task keeping hold of him.

If he goes Derby, we have to agree to compensation or it will go to a tribunal. That's probably what he means, we are setting compo higher than they want to pay. In which case fine, take it to fucking tribunal then. Maybe get your own scouting team too...

You’d imagine Derby and Boro don’t want to go to a tribunal if they think they might get stung (No idea how Tribs work tho). So they’ll have to negotiate with Rovers. I’m delighted Rovers are  being difficult to deal with over Dolan.

It's a bit like the Finneran deal (and Tyjon). 

We have no say in where he goes, but we're due compensation due to his age. That'll be decided by a tribunal unless we both agree a fee.

Suspect we've got zero interest in making things easy for Derby.

Derby would have to pay us a compensation fee due to Dolan's age and us making him a contract offer. If they can't agree a fee with us, then it will have to go to a tribunal.

Yes ok i see I just assumed with his initial part saying they were miles off his wage demands why would rovers even be an issue in the first place

The new striker who is already going to miss pre season and likely the first 5/6 games 

can only imagine the uproar on here if we did something like that

Professionally I've got no problem with what he did and what he's done. He improved us, tried to stabilise the team for the next three years and ultimately wasn't backed at all. 

Personally though? Fuck him and the horse he rode in on. That's my prerogative as a fan.
