I have expressed the type of communication I want to see like interviews with the CEO on local media and Rovers TV every few months explaining decisions made by Rovers or what the plan is. maybe answering Q and A with someone like Andy Bayes where fans have sent in questions to him for example

The problem is we need to see actions, not words.

If Suhail did an interview tomorrow and said โ€œWe are now absolutely going to start respecting the legacy of Jack Walkerโ€, youโ€™d be on here telling us all is good as thatโ€™s what they are going to do.

Speak to everyone on the fans forum. Speak to WATR. They lie to you. They control the information they give to you. They try and mould your opinion.

Players obviously like playing for Eustace because hes a very good Championship manager and aย

But he doesnt have this gravitational pull to the extent that people make out. Money and challenging for promotion will out rank that.

Ipswich wont let him go anyway.

Best season of Szmodics' career. I imagine there would be pull to working with Eustace again. I also doubt Derby can afford it though.

Always got the feeling he preferred JDT to Eustace though. One of very few it seems.

In that sit down with Big Sam, he thought JDT was a tactical genius and improved him massively as a player.ย

I gather JDT had high standards and worked them hard, thinking they could improve as footballers.

Eustace, having played at this level, knew that they're by-and-large journeymen cloggers so he focused on camp morale and drilling tactics into them.

He said it in the extended BBC Lancashire interview post match on BBC sounds.

Post match Hull game?ย

And you are skirting around the fact that only one player has signed a new deal in 2 years. Im guessing you think thats acceptable.

No I'm not skirting around any facts. I give you a perfect legitimate situation around budgets and only having that amount of money to play within the budget.ย

So should we pay players what the demand or what we can afford within the budget?

These new signings come from lesser leagues where wages are far lower.

Hence why we look into thel

Doesnt explain why there is no article about a new signing 2 days on or why the articles are full of errors. They also employ other journalists for when he isnt working.

Cos Elliott Jackson isn't working this weekend. He is away.ย

Yes they had someone covering the Hull game for him.ย

Elliott won't write a transfer story unless Rovers give him the nod or he has a source on it.ย

The Morishita signing might suggest we'll look to play 3 at the back with Morishita as LWB and Alebiosu on the right.ย

Tothย

Miller Hyam McLoughlin

Alebiosu Tronstad Tavares Morishita

Cantwell Kargboย

Ohashi

My concern with any player signing for Derby to link up with Eustace, is that he can't hold a job down for longer than 18-24 months, so they'll not have long with him before he jumps ship to his next job.

Why would we play at 3 after yesterday's performance?

Our squad and potential signings suggest Ismael will continue with the 4-2-3-1 formation

Yes, post Hull.

He was working on Friday. But either way, for the local paper to not report a signing 2 days on is piss poor. As is the standard of the articles in general. So many errors.

People keep suggesting 3 at the back, whether the squad is more suited or not, theres absolutely no sign of us doing so.

We could play the same with De Neve at left wing back if that was an intention.ย

Morishito's great year last season was all playing as winger/attacking mid, he is 100% coming in as the winger, and should dovetail nicely if full back overlaps.

If we get him in, I think it's the most exciting deal this summer.

Eustace must have personality behind the scenes he doesnโ€™t show as I donโ€™t know why thereโ€™s such a love for him from players. He comes across really bland and a bit vacuous to me. Mind you that probably describes a lot of footballers too.

He definitely has a personality behind the scenes, I just think he wants to come across as โ€œprofessionalโ€ in his interviewsย

Are there actually any solid links to Morishita or has everyone jumped onto a rumour?

It's clear we're looking in the Polish league, this lad is the 2nd or 3rd player linked

It was a Polish journalist who had reported that he has said goodbye to his team mates and is over here finalising the move.

Has there been any update on how long before Baradji is available?

I think Nixon said he had had his op and was out until the international break.ย
