  1. Our mutual friend sounds like he thinks it's maybe a bit over the top...
  2. Don't you mean Great Expectations?
  3. Left a bad taste in my mouth too (He is a Rovers fan though..Hahahaha)
  4. Dominating? Playing in front of them, sideways and backwards, when we are a goal down and not even laying a glove on them. What a waste of an afternoon.
  5. Hahaha.." I apologise if"....Are you Priti Patel in disguise? Last night was more of a watching Rovers out of body experience, than I have ever known...Not that it stopped us celebrating. Time wasting bastards!
  6. Or....he needed to rest players and gambled....and just got away with it... I think he had said Trybull wasn't fit. I think our players looked more tired than Rotherham, who did look knackered at the end. Not surprising, given all the energy, spent on pressing...
  7. Incessant time wasting, injury and substitutions. And I thought it was about right....and that it was good to see timewasters get nowt....just saying!
  8. Gimme a minute. I will just have to open the file for his pay slip...
  9. I think the mood here and in our house is reminiscent of 12 months ago....Then a win against Barnsley "lanced the boil". Given the expectations, I sense huge disappointment and frustration about the last two games, which takes our number of defeats to 7 already. I listened to Rory Smith on 5 live, who was referring to "attractive football", as a defence from supporter pressure, when results are significantly below expectations. That felt relevant to Rovers. I have really enjoyed some of our performances, but the amount of goals we still concede is such a problem. God knows how bad it would have been, if we hadn't signed TK. I will be honest. Armstrong's decision making also frustrates me. It's almost as if his fabulous scoring record gives him immunity from being called out as a greedy **** lol... I refrained from posting after Saturday. I really did not know what to think and remain reasonable. I do think we ought to make the play-offs, but I can't help being conscious of the re-emerging pattern of being unable to break a glass ceiling, even with the best on field riches, since the ones, squandered by Bowyer..
  10. Well done. I really like your approach, where you just say enough to prompt him to talk. A real skill, imo... Obviously, JS is a bright, reflective guy with a bit about him...
  11. It worked didn't it? lol...Neither Derrick nor Darragh came out of that game with much credit!
  12. I was standing next to you. Do you remember how we mimed their keeper clawing at the air, as Hendry's header hit the net?
  13. I think it would have been a dereliction, merely to accept it...
  14. In your opinion, maybe....but I think there was enough to challenge the award of a straight red...double jeopardy etc
  15. Bastards!...... But man, proud man, Drest in a little brief authority, Most ignorant of what he’s most assur’d; His glassy essence, like an angry ape, Plays such fantastic tricks before high heaven, As make the angels weep.
