You can give up on the league in December when the three relegated teams are already confirmed in November. Last season was the most pathetic season of football there has ever been. So boring, so predictable, such low quality from top to bottom. And I'm not just talking about the premier league there, that's across the whole of Europe at minimum. Just another glaring example of how selling off your culture to billionaires and multinational conglomerates leads to nothing other than an end product that is at best mediocre and completely toxic at the worst whilst also being massively overpriced and overhyped.

Exactly, boycott the club and support the coalition. -

Those old boots were made with real leather and were well made. I'd hazard a guess they were made in Germany. The boots nowadays are synthetic shite made in the cheapest sweatshops the company can find. Modern clothing is awful quality and made with cheap plastic unless you spend an absolute fortune. Look at football shirts. The old ASICS ones from the 90s I have are still in new condition. Made in the UK as well. Compare that to the cheap shit you get now. When you look into the way the clothing industry operates it's no wonder our whole global ecosystem is completely fucked. -

I see what you mean now. Even more of a reason to do our own version. The official 150th anniversary shirt brought to you by the supporters coalition. -

I would suspect that they wouldn't have started the process without knowing they would secure some kind of conviction. Really hoping the money runs out soon. Administration can't come soon enough. -

This style 👍 Have you the ability to put together a pre order system? -
A mix of styles. Good ball control and tactical manoeuvres along with some no nonsense aggression and sending over the stands when required. The problem that English players have and have had for decades is the complete lack of ability to see the game in a tactical manner. That's why there's no good English managers. You'd think that with it being our national sport and the place where the game originated the FA would do something to address this but I suppose they haven't got any time for that kind of thing when they're busy lining their pockets with blood money.

Time to ask again. Does anybody seriously think that they are going to be trying to sign players to strengthen the squad? Seriously? -

I'm not too fussed about what the club does myself as I don't see this as 150 years of Blackburn Rovers. For me that club ceased to exist in 2010. This is just a 15 years anniversary of venky rovers. Nothing to celebrate at all. @Herbie6590 could you have a 150th shirt in the works, something similar to the 1960s shirts but with a button up collar similar to this? I am asking out of pure selfishness here as I have lost over 10kg and my old one now is too big for me. The Ribero 1960s ones we got last time were the best Rovers shirts I've ever had. I also think it's another way to shame the club as once again the fans can do a much better job than them. -
Me or you or anyone here could have got England to at least the semis. The teams they came up against were shockingly poor. When they came up against any kind of half decent opposition he was outfoxed and out classed. The quality of football in general has deteriorated beyond belief over the last 15 years and that is no more clearly evident than in the international game. That last Euros was the worst quality competition I have ever seen. Spain won with ease and they weren't particularly impressive. In fairness to Southgate, he got the England team playing as a team for a while rather than a bunch of big ego'd dickheads that were just there to get their face in the paper. That's more a reflection of how poor the England managers have been for the last 30 years though. Thanks to the large amount of television footage that exists and os easily accessible nowadays, you can go back and see what the game used to be like. It's not just us wearing rose tinted glasses, the game was much much better.

Shows how much football has fallen into disrepute that the UEFA Cup is now considered a minor competition. The whole lot needs to be ripped up and started again.

This is like something you'd see on the onion. If this is real then I fear for humanity knowing there are people out there who are that thick and ignorant that are walking around free. -

Anyone who thinks they wouldn't do this to the mens team as well is living in an alternate reality. They already deliberately relegated the club from the premier league. Get ready for the messaging being put out that the championship is too expensive for the club to compete in and we've got to adjust expectations accordingly. It's coming. -

A lack of self respect is essential for working for venkys. -
As Exiled Rover just said Celtic have won every single title since 2011-12 until now except that one. If anything you just proved my point even more. The most Mickey Mouse league in the history of the game. A one team league.

I've always suspected that this was a decisive factor in them purchasing the club in the first place. What we're seeing now, the offloading of anyone who has any experience and thus commands a higher wager to be replaced by cheap novices was started from the second they turned up. First the sacking of big sam, then paying players 80% of their contracts to leave immediately all in the name of "cutting the wage bill". Suspiciously though the losses skyrocketed to beyond 40 million. Now they're under investigation for financial reasons and are struggling to send money over. This investigation has been brought on by much more than just the unpaid tax on a house. Whatever they were doing all those years has been rumbled and they're very cautious about making any moves. It's not unreasonable to specilate that their reluctance to sell os driven by a desire to keep things hidden that would otherwise be unearthed as part of the sale process. At the end of the day none of us know what's happening so it's best to keep an open mind. -

It would be good to get potential buyers to go very public with their interest. Would push venkys into a corner and get the spotlight on them. You don't want to sell, why? For a journalist that's looking for a great story about how a foundational club has been driven into the ground by foreign billionaires there's a literal gold mine here just waiting for them. -

So just like the men then. -
Celtic will collect their participation trophies like they do every year so it's not going to make any difference to them but for the likes of Aberdeen and what not it's a great opportunity to cement themselves as the other team in Scotland. Who knows, the SPL might return to the glory days of being a two team league.
