Not disputing the first two points at all, but i wouldn't say we don't need him. One thing lacking in this Rovers side is sheer pace somewhere on the pitch, he looks like he could provide it. He played on the left hand side against us at Ewood earlier in the season and we couldn't get near him in the last half hour or so, think he missed a sitter though.

Since venkys came through the door, the main goal at this club hasn't been to win football matches, and it never will be. Sadly I only really cottoned on to that two years into Mowbray's reign.

I think Boro were in complete control after going ahead to be honest. They could have killed us off if they wanted but if they had done there homework on us, then they would have known that as soon as your in front against us you just have to see the game out and not do anything daft. Preserve some energy for there game on Sunday. It was a decent first half, but that was undone within 30 seconds of the second half. And experience tells me that only one side would have won the game from there and it certainly wouldn't have been us even if Buckley hadn't been sent off.

Just experience watching this side. Not a chance we would have gone on to get the better of them after that, it's not what we do. I make that 15 league games in a row now where we have gone behind and failed to even score a equaliser never mind get anything out of the game. Most spineless team and manager we have had in over 30 years, and that's saying something.

The red card has given this lot the perfect excuse. It was obvious after the first 30 seconds of the second half that there was only going to be one winner and we were on the verge of another complete no show. The red makes it all acceptable though, oh and that we are 3rd 🙄 What JDT said to them at half time who knows. I've never seen such a spineless team in all my time watching Rovers.
