I see, crowds are booming across England, but weirdly they uniquely aren’t here due to ‘family’ ‘work’ and ‘budget’ commitments. I’m asking you because you are the one now being all holier than thou. You shouldn’t be saying anything on managers being quickly sacked with your track record.

So you’ve now decided we shouldn’t have sacked him after a month after all, not only that, to repent your sins you are now calling out and wanting relegated other clubs that still do sack managers quickly, fair enough, nothing like a zealous convert to a cause.

But why did you think that in the first place as wouldn’t sacking him have achieved very little and in six months time someone else would be out too and we would be going nowhere?

Exactly, Paul. It’s a mediocre division outside the parachutes. The fact this shambolic club has spent three years out of four knocking on the door tells you that. But, the flip side of that is it doesn’t take much to fall the other way - as Hull have shown this time.

Want an example of how much the modern game has gone away from its traditions… the team sitting in 15th (so obviously not challenging, I.e what you would say is appointment TV) have had one 3pm game all season.
