  1. Pump that chest out Ian, you deserve a bit of gloating.
  2. Now sod off back to Preston and resume your rivalry with the mighty Seasiders (Proper fans by the way). Made up by that result, just superb.
  3. The weather conditions are beating us here, spoiling our passing game.
  4. I couldn't care less what the crowd is, as long as beat this pub team from dumpdale. Come on Rovers.
  5. A long time ago I know, but Kenny brought Gordon Cowans in to help us reach the promised land, along with one or two others granted. By Cowans experience in the middle of the park made such a difference and despite his legs having gone, he could pass a ball with sublime accuracy. If those idiots in Pune are going to give him a few quid in January, an old head, like the Downing of a few years ago for example, could make all the difference. Big wages, free transfer, marquee signing, but who?

The wider point being more about adverts in general, just a polite enquiry.

Let me be clear, they're not sex adverts at all, here is the link, but often the captions reads: "Look Closer - Wedding picture that shouldn't have been taken" often the emphasis is on a woman's chest. https://wordsa.com/trending/fuuny-wedding-photo-fails?utm_source=zemanta&f=1&utm_campaign=3423431_4619153&utm_ad_id=33211115&utm_medium=www.brfcs.com%24%24b1_appnexus&ts=20211204120504&_z1_adgid=4619153&_z1_caid=33211115&_z1_msid=b1_appnexus&_z1_pub=www.brfcs.com&zpbid=8060_39aeb036-54fa-11ec-b315-7b0c52ad08e9

The adverts seem to have gone off the scale more recently, its every click now for me, presented with a pair of breasts and "This picture shouldn't have been taken", not sure what that says about me........😄 The iPhone version restricts access to the banner section of the site (Profile etc) as thats covered with a advert when you expand the list. I understand the need for ads, you've said in the past you have no control over them, is that still the case? Its becoming hard going. Cheers.
  9. I think I'll side with the likes of Guardiola and Klopp, both of whom have used such techniques with limited success I'll concede....
  10. Pure 80's tune, paints a picture most can relate to I'm sure:
  11. You could be right Mike on Bowyer. Its been a tremendous response by the players and manager since we got beaten by the best team in the division playing with 10 men for over an hour. Some sides would have crumbled, we seem to have grown if anything, that performance against Sheff Utd was the best I've seen in years, superb stuff and the points are piling up. Tremendous.
  12. They were getting less than 2000 for league games, different times or not, thats bloody appalling for the biggest and best supported club in the world 47er.
  13. After watching this I'm changing by 3-1 prediction to 4-1 Rovers.
  14. I have this morning received the first email from the football club in many a year, someone must have replaced the 48k dial up modem.
  15. Would you work for 2 milk tokens and a handful of magic beans? Your eyes don't deceive you, they're united alright and playing for the manager.
  16. When was the last time you saw a Rovers team as united as this one?
  17. Its 2021 not 1971 👍 Some of the biggest and best companies in the world use things like MBTI which helps people gain insights about how they work and learn, its a bit old hat now with new personality type indicator tools out there, but it does work and can give managers and employees that extra 1%.
  18. As good a place as any to put this, great initiative by the club and Benefit Mankind. https://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/19758147.rovers-fans-urged-buy-blanket-help-homeless/
  19. You need look no further than these stadium busting gates from the mid 80's, absolutely pathetic, I've seen more at Mill Hill St Peters. 19 December 1986 Cardiff City (H) 1–3 Hoskin 65' 1,717 26 December 1986 Wrexham (A) 2–2 Parker 64', Murphy 71' 4,568 27 December 1986 Crewe Alexandra (H) 4–0 Murphy 16', Hoskin 47', James 67', Malley 76' 2,560 1 January 1987 Rochdale (H) 0–3 4,217 3 January 1987 Lincoln City (A) 1–2 Murphy 15' 2,343 24 January 1987 Hereford United (H) 0–6 1,961 31 January 1987 Hartlepool United (A) 2–2 Malley 10', Grewcock 40' 1,506 6 February 1987 Swansea City (A) 2–2 Murphy 29', Hoskin 58' 6,015 14 February 1987 Wolverhampton Wanderers (H) 2–5 James 15', Grewcock 22' 2,947 21 February 1987 Halifax Town (A) 2–2 James 62', Grewcock 81' 1,735 28 February 1987 Tranmere Rovers (H) 2–2 Grewcock 33', Rodaway 40' 2,394 4 March 1987 Peterborough United (A) 1–1 Grewcock 60' 4,304 7 March 1987 Exeter City (H) 0–0 1,792 13 March 1987 Stockport County (A) 1–0 Hoskin 16' 2,500 17 March 1987 Northampton Town (H) 2–1 Hoskin 39', Gallagher 70' 2,691 21 March 1987 Aldershot (H) 0–1 2,690 28 March 1987 Preston North End (A) 1–2 Parker 75' 10,716 4 April 1987 Cambridge United (H) 0–2 1,874
  20. Did you exclude former Premiership teams, if you did I can't see it?
