Nobody knows! Well, someone must do. But we're here to speculate and i'm going to speculate with: Yes, but its a fucking pain in the arse and expensive. -

If the judge managed 16 cases today before walking out for another commitment and we where item number 36, what happens next time if he does another 16 cases before calling it a day i.e. gets to number 32? Another delay, you would assume? Would love to hear the @RoversTrust ask this question, in addition to a question on the 98% successful prosecution rate if @phili can source it. -

Whilst I don't doubt this, can we get a fact-check on this? Can you provide a source? -

One-hundred percent, its fantastic. I spent hours watching the wrong court case, including a pretty heated discussion about the number of computers in a nursery school. -

Did you post the link of the right one, or the wrong one which I sat through for hours for no reason? -

Some cases seem to be super quick. The lawyer thats on now seems to be very professional and well prepared. -

The display board (https://delhihighcourt.nic.in/display_board) is still updating. Item 37 has just switched from "Not in session" to "A51 hearing". -

Do the right thing and force them to sell us, Mr Sanjeev Narula. You can have the keys to Blackburn in return. -
Worth noting, whilst I agree you've got a fantastic player - and importantly, person - you where the only club in world football that bid the asking price for him. So whilst I agree with the sentiment, to say the fee is 'derisory' simply doesn't make sense. If it was a derisory fee then we'd have been batting off bids.

The excuse, I would hypothesise, is if they lose the court case on Tuesday or the same restrictions remain, the money generated will cover us until the next appeal ergo can't be spent. -

JRC when fit Sigurdsson when on his game -
Go well, Dacky. Some fantastic performances for this club and a player that was universally loved and has never said a bad word about us. Totally appalled by some of the comments i've seen from 'Rovers fans' - mostly on X - seemingly mocking him for having two major injuries. No wonder players don't want to stay here for their full career.

Sammie gone according to SSN, medical in the morning. I see three scenarios playing out: 1) Venkys win their court case on Tuesday and - subject to still being interested in doing so - begin to fund the club again. That will mean we will have the Szmodics money and potentially the Raya money to spend this window. 2) Venkys have their case pushed back again and the Szmodics money is banked to cover running costs until January 3) Venkys lose the court case, the Szmodics money is used to cover loses whilst a buyer is fou
