People who are even suggesting him to be appoint him here are being unrealistic. I think he would be unrealistic in most situations for us in my opinion. Struber is managing in MLS currently and he came to us he would have good chance getting us promote within a couple of seasons imo.

If they pathway is block cos the first team manager has sign players already for that position. why would Stokes be a disaster? any captain has been worth his selection in the team first. A county player wouldn't. I think its between Stokes and Board for the next Test Captain for the summer

I wouldn't want Dyche here and I think people need to take a massive step back and would Dyche actually be a good fit for the club. Far too many of you are getting giddy over him. Plus given that Dyche was on 4 million pounds a season, do you honest think he would come here and for most likely less that wage? At Rovers developing young players and bringing through players from our Academy is major part of our football and transfer strategy here. So we need a manager or head coach who fits the profile. What players has Dyche brought through their? anyone?
