Ferguson16 Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 Do you think you'll be able to get tickets on the gate as a few of my mates are thinking of going along as they are based in Liverpool.

trs Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 Do you think you'll be able to get tickets on the gate as a few of my mates are thinking of going along as they are based in Liverpool. No tkts for sale on the day of the game!
Ozz Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Well the tie is on this Sunday, thats 3 days away folks so may as well stick pre match guff in here Dennis? £20 for a cup match against a prem team is not too bad, in line with Capt Kaos rule of thumb-you making the short trip from Pie Land Capt? We are sat in the old Park End for once, so not the usual Cutty Sark style seating for this one, makes a pleasant change. Crap draw though, much like the league cup this season too-little chance of a result and zero cash windfall. Concentrate on Europe after a 2-0 defeat. Hoping not to get thumped this time...
stuwilky Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 We are sat in the old Park End for once, so not the usual Cutty Sark style seating for this one, makes a pleasant change. We're not.... Lee's site is wrong.
den Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Well the tie is on this Sunday, thats 3 days away folks so may as well stick pre match guff in here Dennis? Fine Ozz. We don't have previews for cup ties and we still don't have a volunteer for the Leverkeusen home leg. I'll pin this topic.
Ozz Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 We're not.... Lee's site is wrong. You're joking, really?
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 1-0 Everton......Uefa cup and Premiership more important to me this season.
joey_big_nose Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 We should go into this moderately confident. Everton without Cahill don't quite look the same proposition and Johnson is well off the boil. A draw would be a decent result although the extra game could take its toll in the league. -----------Mcarthy----Nonda Bentley---Savage----Tugay---Pedersen Gray-------Ooijer----Zurab---Emerton -----------------Freidal In light of the Wigan performance I would expect our wingers to swap over for the majority of the game. 1-1
stuwilky Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 You're joking, really? Aye. We're in "upper visitors" (or lower visitors)
CAPT KAYOS Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Well the tie is on this Sunday, thats 3 days away folks so may as well stick pre match guff in here Dennis? £20 for a cup match against a prem team is not too bad, in line with Capt Kaos rule of thumb-you making the short trip from Pie Land Capt? Bloody ell OJ... - normally nobody takes any notice of me. And you know something ... you have just highlighted something I had not noticed before ..numpty here didn't realise tickets are only £20 for S/T holders Although otherwise occupied you may have just got me interested... ..wonder if I can jiggle things about
Shabani Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 i shall be there i dont have a clue why the club accepted the 3000 allocation we've only sold 500ish its gonna be impossible for us to get any kind of atmosphere going when were split up
1864roverite Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 This could be the game that sours our recent surge in the league. Everton have injury and resting problems, Rovers in the same boat. Two equal teams will see a draw and provide yet another back log of fixtures for Rovers. The game that we dont need. 1-1
SuperStella Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 I'm going Prediction: 2-2 We've sold around 1,000 tickets.
SuperStella Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Rovers (from): Friedel, Brown, Todd, Ooijer, Gray, Emerton, Savage, Tugay, Pedersen, Bentley, Nonda, McCarthy, Brown, Derbyshire, Mokoena, Henchoz, Peter, Khizanishvili
Manchester Blue Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Do we know for definite what stand we are in?
stuwilky Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Normal away end arent we? Yes. Upper and Lower (for some daft reason)
CAPT KAYOS Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Yes. Upper and Lower (for some daft reason) Eh - thought we where in the stand behind the goal fro this one??
Neil Weaver Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Do we know for definite what stand we are in? Looking at a couple of old tickets, they say 'enter via turnstiles 56 and 57'. Mine for Sunday say turnstiles 55 and 60. So dunno for sure, but sounds like the same area to me.
Martin Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Looking forward to this one. Win and i'll be saying. "We are flying now - the cup double is on" Lose and i'll be saying "We wouldn't win it anyway and we can concentrate on the Uefa cup now" No pressure on us. I think we might end up with a replay, but I'd take that. Really looking forward to this one. If you haven't got a ticket and can afford it go buy one, nothing else is happening on Sunday I've checked!
