Esulx Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Indeed, confirmed on Sky last day. Wigan vs Moan Utd - on Sky Sports 1 Chelsea vs Bolton - on Sky Sports 2 Birmingham vs Rovers - via Red Button on Sky Sports 1
riverside returns Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Haha, should be great fun, 50 going from Craven Heiffer in Darwen by coach in Tugay tour t shirts as tribute to the maestro. Look for the red t shirts with tugay and a turkish flag attached. Lookin forward to sending big club spiralling down. How many tickets have we sold, any ideas?
SAS Posted May 6, 2008 Author Posted May 6, 2008 I dont know but we must be nearly selling this out surely And brum must be selling out too?
modes98 Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 I would imagine so Mr Slater. Tickets on general sale on blues site, no word on numbers.
Dan Furness Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 I'll be there Sunday also, getting a minibus down hope its warm
Jan Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 We've sold out. Brum haven't. It's sitting on my hands time pretending to support Birmingham, but at least I don't have to sit behind the goals (which i hate)
Iceman Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Just all dress up in Brum kit, with a championship logo on the sleeve, and at the back you have written " 10th May2008,the Day we lost to Blackburn and got relegated.RIP"
allrovertheworld Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Anyone know how much it is by train and how far St Andrews is to walk from the main station. I might go now. I've always wanted to watch Karen Brady go down. £16 from Manchester Picadilly, not bad and it doesn't take long only an hour or so.
rovers_rob Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Sky are showing the game live : http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_3527537,00.html
Hughesy Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Id rather be there than watch it on TV. Also how many pubs will be showing that when the big 2 are fighting out the title??
Eddie Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 I probably should have written that slightly better (although I hope to someday have that be a true statement). I work in a bar and I consider it the official Rovers bar in Paris.
gazsimm Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 great news that rovers have now sold out all their location, lets hope it us who will be celebrating at the end of the 90minutes and not the brummies
BRFC4EVA Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 According to the official site, its almost sold out but there are still a handful of tickets on sale. Whether they have gone since that was put on the site (presumably this morn) remains to be confirmed!
1864roverite Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 My bar is well and truly open from 1200hrs to finish !!!!!! Was considering going but to keep the peace have settled for the Blue Room in the house, sky tv and total sound proofing from the wife
yoda Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 I probably should have written that slightly better (although I hope to someday have that be a true statement). I work in a bar and I consider it the official Rovers bar in Paris. Which bar is it? PM me if you don't want it public knowledge, we may be going to Tang Freres at the weekend.
AndyC Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 I probably should have written that slightly better (although I hope to someday have that be a true statement). I work in a bar and I consider it the official Rovers bar in Paris. wish i had known that when i was there 2 weekends ago! We took my father to Paris for his 60th and he's a season ticket holder, so was upset to be missing a game! which part of paris are you in eddie?
Hughesy Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 This will be our 14th League game on either Sky or Setanta this season. 10 away games. Do we gain any extra income from that??
