G Somerset Rover Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 So many conflicting reports. Just effing sack him you bunch of clowns!!!!
glen9mullan Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Was told today on good authority that the decision to replace Kean has been made and I spoke at length about replacements and reeled off every name you can think of, Then it emerged that Hughes on deal to end of season was target, If this souce is not correct then we may as well give up, as its that good
RibbleValleyRover Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Sparky until the end of the season? I would love it if it happened.
Torgeir Posted December 20, 2011 Posted December 20, 2011 Owen Coyle and Steve Kean probably agreed before the match that whoever won would back the other manager. He probably whispered a reminder of that in Kean's ear at full time. No more patience left for Venky's. Our next manager risks hitting two straight losses and be unprepared for the January transfer window. It will take a PROPER manager to keep us up - but Mark Hughes could probably do it.
Sparky Marky Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Sparky until the end of the season? I would love it if it happened. So would I.. I think fitness is real issue. There's a few porkers.Robbo..Yak...Dunno...Hanley...the list goes on....Hughes team would get them inshape.

There's a few porkers.Robbo..Yak...Dunno...Hanley...the list goes on....Hughes team would get them inshape. We kept playing for 90 mins tonight, even if it was against former bottom team Bolton. Yak said he has never been fitter, and he's scoring so why put him on a diet? Dunn is just not the same, and Hanley shouldn't be thrown in the deep end all the time. Personally I think it's more of a confidence thing than fitness, but there are probably test results lying around at Brockhall proving me wrong.

Some players do look very unfit compared to when SA was in charge.
Mr C Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Would Mr Owen Coyle appreciate my comments on his tenure over a ###### poor first part of the season for the Notlobers without knowing the full facts? I doubt it. Then, Mr Coyle, kindly keep your beak out of our business, if you would be so kind. Thank you.
Grabbi Graeme Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 If he he is not gone within 24 hours then there is something seriously wrong, the game against Bolton showed that the players have lost any belief they had in Kean. If we had gone 3 or 4 down I think there would of been a riot at Ewood, I would certainly take Hughes coming back as manager, out of all the names mentioned I think he would be the only one to drag this club back to some sort of normality, although the owners would have to throw some serious money at him and a big bonus for keeping the club up.
Driftpeasant Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 3 years ago Rovers were in a similar situation. Paul Ince was in charge, we were down the bottom of the league, and a change had to be made. One event catalyzed Rovers and brought us to safety. That's right... .We won 3-0 over Stoke after that, and never looked back. Anyone want to start a collection?
Mattyblue Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 I personally believe that for as long as Venky's are here, Kean will be here. The club is corrupt, rudderless and a victim of gross neglect. The club has been occuppied- it's now looking hopeless for staying in the PL, but we must get these owners out.
martonrover Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 1/8 to be next to go on Skybet. surely has to mean something?
47er Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Is there any truth in the notion that Kean is so smug because Anderson has a casting vote? Or can I not ask that?
brian_gallagher85 Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Ask away, it's stuff along these lines that are the only reason he is still here so they can strip the club bare and relegate us. This is solely my opinion and not that of brfcs but I believe that I am not alone in thinking this. So come on Venkys sue me or prove otherwise by sacking him you scumbags!
Kamy100 Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Is there any truth in the notion that Kean is so smug because Anderson has a casting vote? Or can I not ask that? Please be very careful RE anything relating to JA, there is a lot of rumour and speculation out there, with no proof to back any of it up.

Morning Kamy, at what stage today roughly do you think we will know if there is a chance of him going?

G Somerset Rover Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Is Kean off then or are we corrupt as ####?
Hasta Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 Please be very careful RE anything relating to JA, there is a lot of rumour and speculation out there, with no proof to back any of it up. Well I flipped on another popular sporting forum last night where you cannot edit and delete posts so I will await the police or JA's heavies knocking on my door.
Gogger Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 He still here? The day he leaves will be like when I were a kid and got N64 for christmas, only better.
