2 forwards and 2 center backs? surely we need to bring in a Dann replacement, and also another striker. i know we have done well shifting the rubbish, but we cant seriously not bring in those replacements.

Or play him considering we are paying him. Also we've only got two strikers and he'd be a far better option to bring on for a goal than anything that we had on the bench on Tuesday.

pity his football is not as free flowing as his gob

Edit: I'd be really interested to see how much the undisclosed fee for Dann was. Anyone got any ballpark ideas?

Im not too concerned about a Dann replacement before tomorrow but if there is no cover as soon as the loan window opens someone needs cracking over the head with a shelf.

Will be a dreadful window if he does go imo leaving the squad totally unbalanced with two centre halves, two out and out strikers, a surfeit of wingers/wide players and holding midfielders and no creativity in midfield.

Palace confirmed on twitter, with a photo of Dann with a Palace shirt....

hmm i wonder if Dabo can play center back if needs be. unless we move Spurr in there, and bring Kane to left back. also we might recall O'Connell, but we really need somebody with a bit of experience

A lot of clubs are adopting the halved shirt. We used to be the only ones at one time. Man Utd had a halved away shirt soon after we were a successful prem team. Now Palace. I don't know how long Wycombe Wanderers have had halves.

I'm not including European teams in this.
