chaddyrovers Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 3-3 full time. good game. Rovers players kept going and deserve at least a point. where are the negative bunch of people now!!!!!! the players are playing for Bowyer. lets keep Bowyer as manager for next season and built on the good foundations we have built this season. he is the right manager for us
Husky Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Decent enough point but a huge change to close the gap missed Story of the season really.
Neal Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 You can tell this bloke stands there and grades his players performances rather than managing his team. Bloke is a coach and a decent one but a football manager? No, never, ever. We're going backwards, we're not progressing like people say. I'm fed up with people coming out with this positive drivel based on absolutely nothing. We're a pushover team, with no spine, wet lettuce, with no identity. You know what? The only people who have brought stability to this club this season are Venkys. It's been their decision to let him have a crack of the whip and he's failed miserably. Gaz hasn't brought any sort of stability at all, he's just been allowed to do a less than mediocre job without question. This means in no way am I giving our owners any praise but just pointing out to those so eager to keep playing the "he's brought stability card" a wake up call. Open your eyes, you're talking absolute boll*cks.
mattjansen Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Still 9 nine this morning and now eight, let us believe for once. Cant say we didnt go for it, Millwall away then three at home.
Doug Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Well done Rovers, three goals away from home in a game that was always going to be tough.
Husky Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Don't lose hope yet guys. If we win every game and The Dingles lose every game - we can still finish above them.
JAL Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Well Chaddy it looks and sounds a lot more positive without Jlowe. Get a quality new lad in to partner Evans next season and then Rovers can kick on.
McClarky Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Varney, Feeney and Dabo on the bench tonight. What a total waste of money bringing these players in the last window. No wonder we are mid table when we have this barmy transfer anyone who is wiling to come policy.
Proudtobeblue&white Posted March 25, 2014 Author Posted March 25, 2014 Back to 11th, but 8 pts from Reading, GIH, again perhaps 2 pts lost? No subs on......take from the guys that were there?
Roverthechimp Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 K-Hod - would you like to name 3 that would be willing to work at Rovers now (ie Venkys ownership, 12 month contract, max 600k salary, wage budget to be cut by 60 percent and a total transfer budget of zero) who would actually be an improvement?
yoda's brother Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 3-3 full time. good game. West Yorks Rover Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Well better than last season's 4-0, didn't sound like we were outclassed tonight, but still got our failings. Much better team without Lowe though, so it seems.

yoda's brother Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Back to 11th, but 8 pts from Reading, GIH, again perhaps 2 pts lost? No subs on......take from the guys that were there? not so
Backroom Tom Posted March 25, 2014 Backroom Posted March 25, 2014 where are the negative bunch of people now!!!!!! ls You are 12 aren't you? Surely?Tonight was a decent point in isolation but a massive missed chase to close to close the gap to 6 points
Backroom DE. Posted March 25, 2014 Backroom Posted March 25, 2014 Well done Rovers, never gave up, and it would have been easy to when Watford's 3rd went in. It's not a bad point away from home, and if we hadn't thrown away so many points earlier in the season we'd be looking at this as a great point. As it stands however it's just another point in a season that's already ended. We definitely need a RB in the summer, no question about it.
Roverthechimp Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 3-3 - frustrating as mentioned but when was the last time Dunn managed 90 minutes... I'm guessing the reason we have a substandard bench has something to do with the injuries - at least they are senior pros who have played professionally before...
DavidMailsTightPerm Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Well better than last season's 4-0, didn't sound like we were outclassed tonight, but still got our failings. Much better team without Lowe though, so it seems. Why the @#$% does it always come down to Lowe - it seems to be an obsession with some people on this MB. We have just got a good away point - do we discuss tactics, which players did well - no lets take a cheap shot at a player that didn't even play.
ABBEY Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 3-3 full time. good game. Going up going up !!!Jesus ...are you actually a full shilling ?
Neal Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Neal - you are talking bolloscks Do elaborate and tell me how I'm wrong. Last season we were stuffed by Watford - this season unlucky to only draw - for me that is progress. Based on 1 game???
Mike Graham Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 Well done Rovers, never gave up, and it would have been easy to when Watford's 3rd went in. As it stands however it's just another point in a season that's already ended. We definitely need a RB in the summer, no question about it. I agree, a reasonable point..... Well done tonight lads. We not only need a new RB, we also need a new manager, GB will take us nowhere. I heard GB on the radio this morning and he sound more and more like that Milliband chap every day, I had to turn over to Radio 4.
