McClarky Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Another roll of the tombola, how many changes from the last game? 6 is it? Obviously random selections.

blueboy3333 Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Makes the signing of Steele all the more stupid IMO. If he's not discernibly better than Eastwood, and we had another 2 keepers on the books with the promising Raya coming through, why the heck did we buy him? Ever heard of competition for places or planning for the future? 3 goalkeepers isn't a lot for a league club. Steele was brought in for £100k when the only other senior goalkeeper was Robbo who wasn't playing and is leaving this summer. The only other keeper we had was Eastwood, signed on a free, who has put in some good performances under Bowyer. Since then Bowyer has sent Raya out on loan and he's done so well he's now back challenging for a first team spot. Only on here could having 3 good young goalkeepers signed for a grand total of £100k be seen in a negative light. An abject selection by an abject manager. Why no young blood in the starting line up. The treatment of Henley is mystifying and a disgrace. Lenihan and O'Sullivan must be thinking WTF. Never mind, the happy clapping brigade will be salivating about our stability and progress. goading again. tut tut.
Stuart Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Lenihan and O'Sullivan must be thinking WTF.Drop from a cup final team to hang out with the first team. If they weren't going to play why do that.
Mercer Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Drop from a cup final team to hang out with the first team. If they weren't going to play why do that. When did we last see any logic emanating from Brockhall / Ewood ? Ever heard of competition for places or planning for the future? 3 goalkeepers isn't a lot for a league club. You lads still working on how many fictitious fans you dare declare in Ewood tonight ?
McClarky Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 I just wish GB would have some courage and select a team and stick with it. BACK YOURSELF Gary. It's as if he doesn't trust himself to make decisions on who the best players are for each position and what formation to play. Never known anything like this season.
A cup of beans Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Anyone good at estimating crowds? From my Riverside seat looks about 8000 maximum
Backroom Tom Posted April 21, 2015 Backroom Posted April 21, 2015 Early observations - only Chris brown has black boots, spearing has no business wearing orange boots -comfortably less than 10k on
G Somerset Rover Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Marshall was firmly out of favour with Bowyer over the summer yet despite umpteen half arsed performances he's now third name on the team sheet (behind Lowey and Hanley of course). Henley needs games. How on earth the Rovers Fans are backing the non-blooding of youngsters I don't know. If now is not the time then when is? Why not play Lenihan over the terrible Evans/Spearing combo?

Backroom Tom Posted April 21, 2015 Backroom Posted April 21, 2015 Paul Taylor looks like he's trying to earn a contract the rest of them look like they are sat on contracts they don't deserve Marshall is so bad at the moment just tried to sheild a ball out that was never going then wrapped his arms round the Man when he got to it then gave up - so lucky
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Loving the tweet to onerovers asking if they can put the barcelona game on the big telly!
AdamRochina Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Imagine playing in the prem with this team.. Dear goddddd
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 This is dire stuff from bold bowyer
perthblue02 Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Imagine playing in the prem with this team.. Dear goddddd Don't think there is any reason to worry about that for a few seasons
perthblue02 Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Millwall commentators, Blackburn really lacklustre, not intensity to their play In other news North End 2-0 up Bayern ripping Porto a new one 3-0 up already, oops now 4
G Somerset Rover Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Sounds absolutely woeful. What do you expect though with the likes of Brown, Evans and Spearing in the side. Sign of things to come for next season.
chris_h Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Only Millwall could have a player named Sid Nelson. Just as well the season is over. I'd hate us to be needing something with no Centre Backs.
A cup of beans Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Only 2 real goal attempts. Both from Taylor. Rovers are the pits. Muted boos.
Kie_BRFC Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Great to see that Brown and Gestede can hold the ball up, the ball has stuck up front.
perthblue02 Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Sounded end to end stuff with a couple of decent chances just before half time, some booing from Rovers supporters when whistle went? Bayern 5-0 at half time, now Gazy B that is what you call giving it a right good go
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Millwall just missed a sitter there. Free header 6 yard out. End to end it certainly is not perth!
