Obviously the Easter weekend with two games as well will slow things down a bit but I would expect to see them published by the end of next week. When will the minutes be published. It should not take this long. Quote

arbitro Posted Saturday at 11:22 Posted Saturday at 11:22 Can I ask who at Rovers it is who have to give their approval of the minutes. Quote
only2garners Posted Saturday at 11:38 Posted Saturday at 11:38 (edited) The minutes are agreed jointly between the club's management and the Forum members, effectively myself as Secretary and Mark as Chair. On the club side anyone who came to the meeting I assume sees any sections referring to themselves but ultimately it is Steve Waggott. For the last meeting there were a lot of attendees from the club which inevitably slows the process down a bit. Us agreeing to the minutes does not of course mean that we agree with all they say, only that they are an accurate record of what was said. For Old Codger on the season ticket thread the minutes are sometimes changed after the meeting to reflect updated information. If this happens I clearly mark it as such. There is as far as I know no intention to do that this time. Edited Saturday at 11:40 by only2garners Additional information 2 Quote

Was there a specific reason for the extra attendees from the club? Quote

Although we have also seen more people attending from the club in general over the last year or two. Rudy Gusted has attended pretty much since he was appointed, Suhail Shaikh has been a few times etc. 1 Quote

It will all be on the minutes but I see no reason not to list them now. The top 6 attend most meetings these days. Steve Waggott Chief Executive Suhail Shaikh Chief Operating Officer Lynsey Talbot Head of Operations Christina Haines Admin., Access and Inclusion Officer/Supporter Liaison Officer Rudy Gestede Head of Football Operations Yasir Sufi Head of Commercial & Partnerships Adam Owen Head of Technical Development Anna Melia Head of Marketing Quote
Mattyblue Posted Sunday at 12:38 Posted Sunday at 12:38 Maybe Gestede and Talbot can try a job swap? Quote
JHRover Posted Sunday at 14:06 Posted Sunday at 14:06 When you see that list of names as basically the entire management of Blackburn Rovers in 2025 it really is scary. Quote

Will be interesting to see why Adam Owen was there and Anna Melia who was at Man Utd for a number of years. Can I asked only2garners have you step down as Chairman of the fans forum now and have you moved to different role now with the fans forum? if so who has replace you as chair? Quote

The club aren't sitting on them - I have a version approved but I'm just checking with the chair on a couple of points. He has a day job (unlike me) so it could take a little while. 2 Quote

It would be open to interpretation or opinion but is a fact and shouldn't need approval from anywhere. 1 Quote
roversfan99 Posted Monday at 11:50 Posted Monday at 11:50 When was the meeting held? If the minutes are still "a little while" from being published, there will be a huge gap between. Quote

rigger Posted Tuesday at 11:14 Posted Tuesday at 11:14 There must be some really controversial points in the minutes, for them to take this long to be agreed. 1 Quote
