What is this SBI instrument? (bank?) How much did they borrow? Are you saying that amount is now spent and this is the reason for the dramatic budget cuts? We (or Venkys at least, to fund us) certainly do borrow from them quite a lot (I think in the fairly early days we stopped using Barclays, I might be misremembering but I think they weren't really willing to sign off on an increased overdraft facility). I don't know how much of what they send us is borrowed from SBI though. They've borrowed with their land in India as collateral before. 1 Quote
