Only 55 minutes, Yada yada yada. But yeah, certainly De Neve and the Swede looked lost. Edited August 9 by Hasta Quote
CambridgeRover Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Early days yes but Henriksson big question marks 3 Quote

barry_ Posted August 9 Posted August 9 what is the point in that... we have a throw in halfway into their half and we throw it backwards to our defence? Quote
Bethnal Posted August 9 Posted August 9 (edited) Ryan Hedges has lost the one yard of pace he previously had. And personally, I think McLoughlin has looked alright in the moments with low pressure but he’s entirely missing at set plays and the long throws. Doesn’t seem to like to win the first ball, which isn’t a good trait for a centre back. Edited August 9 by Bethnal 1 Quote
jny Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Why is VI bringing Alebiosu off? Should have brought off Hedges and pushed him up 1 Quote
Backroom DE. Posted August 9 Backroom Posted August 9 Don't think we've had a shot yet in this half, have we? Quote

I'm not having a bar of the RB either pal. If we hang our hat on him for a full season we're in all sorts of bother. He struggles with all the fundamentals including taking a sodding throw in. Quote

Later in the first half, we had 3 crosses in succession, all well cleared by headers from Baggies. 1 Quote

He struggles with all the fundamentals including taking a sodding throw in. He reminded me of Amari Bell in his first game. Could knock it down the line and run after it so looked like he could do something, but ultimately that was his one “trick”. At least he’s been involved. Edited August 9 by Hasta Quote

pick32 Posted August 9 Posted August 9 Don’t even know how could change it now, maybe Tavares for Hedges 4-3-3 Quote

He didn’t seem to want to know about the throw and Henrikssen ended up going for it and beating him to it. As a centre back, unless it’s arriving somewhere unexpected you have to be first to it. To be fair to him, he’s far from the worst showing today but I’d rather have Wharton in there. Quote
