I don't mind City doing well up to now. I can remember them always being in the shadow of United. I remember them being in the second tier several times and even in the third tier. Always the true Manchester club with mainly local supporters. Another few seasons of this, though, and they'll be right up my nose.

Annoyed me intensely that the stupid commentator referred to us as Blackburn and not Blackburn Rovers. There is one hell of a difference between the two. Also he couldn't pronounce Bury correctly. Glad City didn't set a new record of 7. They could only equal us and Bury. Guardiola has improved him wonderfully. Most other managers could not have. City would not be as good as this under most other managers.

Thanks, Stuart. I've just wikied him. He made 9 appearances for Barrow in 2017, 0 appearances for Accy Stanley in 2018 and 15 apps scoring 2 goals for Southport in 2019. Why send a player on loan to a club (Accy S ) who will never play him?

I arrived at the main stand about 10 minutes before kick-off and it looked pretty full to me. I managed to get a seat on its own between people. There didn't seem that many available. Doesn't fit in with your photo, though.

We're into May now. April 1st was a while ago.

First half Burnley were better than us. They have some big lads at the back and two tricky wingers. I was disappointed with Rovers performance at half time. Second half we started to play good passing football and looked much better. Rankin-Costello was very good as was Mols and Charlie Doyle. I thought Magloire had a stinker and Fisher in goal, his kicking was far worse than Raya or Leutwiler. Jack Vale scored a good 2nd goal for us with a cracking shot. Butterworth was a bit greedy, losing the ball and also not shooting when he should have. For me Buckley stood out as being ready for the first team squad. Of course I hope I got the players right. I had to ask the chap next to me who was who early in the game. The programme didn't give numbers. Some I recognised and others I didn't.?

Leutwiler played well at Norwich but reverted to poor again against Swansea. I would get rid of Leutwiler, keep Raya, get a much better keeper and, most importantly, get a better goalkeeper coach. I think TM should review all his backroom staff and be brave enough to replace the poor ones.

Excellent looking kits; that is if the blue on the player's left at the front is on the player's right at the back thus giving us the proper quartered shirt. I know everyone calls our shirts halves but two halves on the front and two halves on the back make four halves which is an impossible number to have. Four quarters please. Also, never again sky blue for me. Always a deeper shade. And another thing.......we don't want any of the 50 shades thank you.

All players should play to the whistle. I've screamed this at Rovers players when there has been an opponent down and they slow down and look to play the ball into touch.

Very proud of the lads tonight. After the first 20 minutes, where we looked like we were going to get a 7-1 revenge battering, we came into the game and never looked back. Norwich showed what an excellent team they are but we gave as good as we got and had them worried at times. We looked better when BB and Conway came on and Rothwell moved into midfield. I was hoping for an equaliser in the last 5 minutes but it wasn't to be. Leutwiler played very well.
