Official. Definitely a bit odd after a good season last year. https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11740/12647489/huddersfield-boss-corberan-resigns-schofield-to-take-charge -

Excellent. Should be a good atmosphere. Drove past Bamber Bridge FC tonight, they were playing Wigan, must've been heaving - saw at least 10 cars parked on the road outside the ground - car park must've been chokka! ๐ -

It's Macron, they're Italian, think Kappa. So, yeah, I would guess so. My biggest regret ever was buying a Kappa shirt in my normal size (at the time I was actually just a large - no jokes required) I looked like a very poorly made sausage! Better safe than sausage my friend! ๐ -
Such a shame. No age at all. RIP Karl

Bugger! Sounds about right! Ok which one of our overseas fans wants to act as the official BRFCS warehouse? ๐ -

It's ok, bits I like & bits that I don't. Halves not reversed, obviously a no from me as I have been harping on about it a bit. But hopefully the side paneling will break it up a bit from last year. Love the collar. The grading is a bit meh, but may grow on me. On the 3rd kit, I hope it's the lighting on the photos, but it looks orange rather than red on my PC & reminds me of a pair of pyjamas I had as a kid back in the late 70s! A few discussions on bringing new kits out every year - for me keep each shirt for 2 years but alternate release years between home & away. Possibly bring out a new 3rd kit every year to keep revenue ticking over. -

Halves don't look reversed though looking at the darker area to the right just under the label. Could be wrong & it could be just the shoulder panel detail. -

Thanks for the reply Joe, bit of a disappointment if that is the case. -

The big question is "Have you seen the home shirt out of the packet & are the halves reversed?" ๐ -

Exactly what I thought, hence my post on the previous page. Assuming @miller isn't having us on ( I see no reason why he would) I can only think that the pic of the back isn't from the new shirt. Might be why it looks like a different material & slightly different shade. -

I take it we're on true halves again like last season - LHS of the wearer is blue on both front & back of shirt. Would prefer the halves reversed or 'quarters' as some like to call it. -
Just put this on the Championship thread, but my daughter is absolutely made up this morning - the list that Rovers put up on instagram has a picture of her & her mate on it!

IIRC we're not allowed to post the list on here, but here's a link to them on the Rovers website: https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2022/june/23/rovers-to-kick-off-with-qpr-/ Edit: Incidentally, my daughter is made up this morning as the one they put up on instagram has a photo of her & her mate on it. -

I assume you mean this one? Erm, no thanks. Not for the home anyway. Wouldn't be too averse to doing something with it as an away or third kit, but no, definitely not the home shirt. Those halves (or quarters!) are our identity & are sacrosanct as far as I'm concerned -
Welcome JDT. On the face of it, quite an exciting appointment which has largely been well received. I'm actually looking forward to seeing what he can bring to the party. Big job needed in the transfer market, but the advantage of this is that we should see him being able to implement what he wants to do more quickly rather than having to try & move on players he doesn't want first. Now come on Rovers, let's see a bit of common sense & try to ride this wave of optimism by extending the Early Bird deadline by another week to try & shift a few more tickets. I know they won't drop the price to anything sensible, so I'm not even going to bother suggesting it, but at least waive the extra ยฃ30.

Ok, off topic again (apologies) but regarding own goals, I seem to remember David May scoring an obsolute beauty. No idea who against, but he was legging it back towards goal, the cross came in from the right & hit him perfectly in stride sending the ball flying into the roof of the net, or did I dream that one - I'm not getting any younger & cheese or nuts is a definite no no before bed these days!
