A settled team is a settled team in any day and age. Every manager should be looking for a settled winning team surely. Good backups are obviously necessary but I've never before seen such pissing around as Mowbray gets up to, whilst still having obvious favourites.

Agree with the comments re the injury caused by a deliberate kick from the b'stard Rodriques. Mowbray forced Raya back far too early as he, Mowbray, had dismally failed to sign a decent No 2 and only had the inept Swiss Canadian whatever. Atrocious team management by Mowbray who then casts Raya to the wolves when he, Mowbray, is again found out for failing to strengthen the overall defence. Mowbray is a master of blame apportionment that does not involve him or his coaches. I remain amazed that so many still fall for his constant bullshit. For the record, I was never that much of a Raya fan either but his treatment was appalling. I would be pleased now if Raya goes on to have a stellar career and shows Mowbray up for the loudmouthed bumbler he is.

Bury FC met the criteria for expulsion from the EFL as per their rules. For the EFL to now bow to a maybe majority opinion could well open a can of worms for them. It may be something that the EFLs current and recent past leadership will wish to give a swerve to. I expect that they hope that other investigations into Bury's ownership and management make a reinstatement possibility a non-event. They can't even decide on Bolton's correct points deduction FFS.
