  1. Unfortunately, I think that may be what happens before we start to become a normal club again.
  2. This. My kids have been calling me Mr Negative for a few weeks because I think relegation is a strong possibility. We have no method, no leadership, no fight and we look too easy to play against. The situation requires a managerial change!
  3. ..and announcing a new, long term "state of the art" partnership with Penis and Maggott Ltd, HSH and Barratt Homes....
  4. Any resemblance to the close season of 2016 is entirely.........
  5. Hmm..no accident that all our academy players are making our own first team, while we are a bottom half Championship side?
  6. Good lad! Is it possible to see how many people click on it...or if Conn himself reads it?
  7. Hahahaha...Occasionally, I make a point of going on to interrupt the apologists and create some dissonance...BUT I have to say there are some very positive responses to the Waggott letter. Obviously, also a lot of silent "members".
  8. Don't do Twatter...Screenshot texted to me...posted by "Mortgagecarl", who ( I am pretty sure) posts on here under another name
  9. This really is an excellent piece of work. It educates the genuinely unknowing about the issues and is very clever in the way that it plays in the Coventry thing. I know it is posted on David Conn's twitter thing...and it is getting a good response-even on TheRovers facebook page. That has 14k members. I
  10. Just thinking. Is there a way of sorting something out without showing all our cards on here? All sorts of people read this site, including allies of Lady Godiva and Peeping Tom!
  11. From Wiki... However, he did not enjoy his time at Ewood Park, and later wrote that "the dourness of the club matched that of the town. I could not shake off the depression that caused me to wake each day regretting that I had to go to the ground. Life was grey and monotonous".[21] This led to him handing in a transfer request the day before the final, which he later admitted was an occasion where his "vanity triumphed over common sense".[22] He was not at full fitness in the final itself, and had a quiet game as Blackburn lost 3–0 to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
  12. Not sure it was. O'Keefe actually played a blinder in the FMC final,as Gennoe was out. I am pretty sure Vince did break his leg against Ipswich, but not in the FMC...
  13. But the actual question to Joe H seemed reasonable enough to me- even from a "QEGS alumnus" lol. Perhaps, you would rather the same question came from an Old Shadsworthian or St Augustinian?
