Not sure, but loads of people wrongly think its sold out because the website has been utter garbage all week. Seen so many people asking for spare tickets on that basis.

I'm not sure to be honest, I know a few people localish to there so may call in a few favours if required....

ST & 1875 & Walsall ticket would be the obvious choice for stage 1. Highly likely to just be ST & 1875 though. I did consider signing up for 1875 today to snag a ticket but I can't be arsed, will go in the home end if anywhere probably.

I believe there's building work going on and Morecombe who play them the week before have only been given just over 400 tickets. Whether we get slightly more remains to be seen but its gonna be tough either way.

Not sure what's best with Scott Wharton. He seems to have gone really off the boil, not sure if it's confidence thing, a side effect of being rusty from not playing every week or what. Would be really sad to see him go though as there is clearly a player in there. Maybe a short term loan till Jan would benefit him. Need our backup centre halves to be reliable, not sure he would be labelled as such at the minute....

Harrogate away, fairly close and the Spoons there is splendid 😀 If not them then Salford, Bolton, Blackpool, Crewe, Doncaster, Bradford would all be tempting to go to. Fully expecting to get Sheff Weds away now the robbing swines.

Quite alarming that Ennis, despite joining in May hasn't managed more than 45 minutes. Give you an idea on just how bad shape he was in when he landed, despite @1864roverite claiming to know otherwise.....

Let's be honest, if Gallagher was fit, Leonard wouldn't be starting today would he? I think we'd all be over the moon if he could get a goal or 2 today and stake his claim though. We've had numerous young strikers come through the ranks over the years that ultimately never make the step up. There's something a bit more special (to me anyway) about the idea of a homegrown striker making the big time compared to other positions. Scoring goals, especially in a time of need can fire you to hero status much quicker than a defender for example. Do us proud Harry 👏 💙🤍 Watch him not even start now😑

Seems like I'm in a minority, but can't wait to get going now. Circumstances are far from ideal but I'll always get that first game buzz regardless. The first few games are always a bit all over the show in terms of results and after 5 games there's usually an obscure team top of the league that have no chance of winning it. I'm going for Birmingham this season. I know ticketing is a bit different these days with print at home etc but I was in the club shop yesterday lunchtime and there wasn't a single person there buying tickets so not expecting a big opening day crowd 🙁 anyone know how many the baggies have sold?

Makes you wonder really, were those early signings a ploy to try and get some extra season tickets sold, there was a brief wave of optimism.....now look at the general feeling.... I'd say around 10-12th currently but that's partly because I feel the league is stronger this season too. The biggest frustration which I'm sure many of you share is that it literally needs 2 more quality additions up top and we'd be up there.

WBA have had a pretty dire pre season, losing to Cheltenham, Forest Green and Bolton, with a few draws thrown in too. Obviously can't read too much into pre season but coupled with their inactivity in the transfer window I doubt they're raring to go. 2-0 home win, Szmodics and Leonard with the goals. Me to sup many pints of Cruz Campo 🥳

He's looking better than when he first landed despite a certain someone claiming he wasn't out of shape on here eh.... In his defence, he will have been told not to go full throttle on sprints today, it would be silly and injury provoking, it's normal, don't panic.

In fairness Pickering wasn't fully fit at all, but only way he gets to be is playing games like this, hopefully there's a BCD during the week.

Dolan is the ultimate 1 trick pony, terrible player IMO. Anyone who can't defend against him should not be playing football as a pro.
