1) I'd say his movement off the ball is not as good as it was. 2) There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that he's lost some pace. 3) I'm not sure whether his passing's got worse but, post accident, the ball being played to Jansen often led to the opposition coming away with the ball. I think he should join Michael Bridges at his hometown Carlisle. Both players have had similar problems since injury.

Emerton and Pedersen have receieved a lot of criticism this season, as have Reid and Bentley when they have played on the wings. I think this is because life as a Blackburn winger is very difficult. We don't have much aerial presence and there's very rarely many players in the box when a winger receeives the ball. Bellamy makes a run down the line from the winger and the centre midfielders always seem to prefer to lurk outside the area to get the second ball once the cross is cleared. I've also noticed that none of our players ever attack the near post at crosses.

Last time we finished 6th we got 60points. The same amount will be required this season. For us not to do that we would have to have achieved less then 8points from our last 7 games which is relegation form. We're in a wonderful situation, lets not throw it away.

Am I the only one who looks at Spurs' fixtures and thinks they'll struggle to win another game all season? Away games at Everton, Arsenal and West Ham; home games against Man United and Notlob. Unfortunately though none of our games are easy. Citeh and Chelsea if they're in the FA Cup final and already champions strike me as our two most winnable games. After the results in the last eight days, I think that Arsenal should take 4th, especially if they take three or more points from their next two games away at Manure and Pompey.

Many seem to be predicting a relatively low final position and points total for Bolton. They are having a very good season, especially at home (was it eight home games in a row they won without conceding?). They also don't give any teams an easy game away from home. They got through the run of games they had when half their squad was away in Africa and they have two games in hand on most of the league (including us). Although I hate to say it, they are my tip for 4th. I know when we couldn't break down their weakened side when they had ten men for an hour that it would prove costly.

If he went there and played a blinder we could end up in the Champions League ahead of Spurs. If that's the case, Spurs can be as interested as they like.

TST 7 and TST 6 was just available for Ivory Coast. Same old queueing then ending up with nowt story though. I haven't really been checking the TSTs, didn't think any would come available after they went yesterday.

All of a sudden some action: tickets available for Sweden Vs Paraguay, Germany Vs Costa Rica and Togo Vs Korea Republic Edit: In fact, throughout the last 15minutes, 8 or 9 games have suddenly had a few obstricted view tickets availabe. None of them were ones I was interested in though.

I've had the tickets page on "refresh" for last couple of days whenever I've been at my PC but I've never even seen a glimpse of yellow.

Good preview. Just one problem: In the past meetings you skip from our promotion season (the two 1-0 games) to last season. You missed out their last relegation season in the premiership when they drew 1-1 at Ewood 2nd last game of the season. Can't remember the score at their place that year but it won't be too hard to find.

It's time to play like the second half of last season for the rest of the game. Everything that's been said about lack of creativity and firepower in today's line up shouldn't matter now.

Pedersen has a lot more to his game than just his finishing. His off the ball movement is phenomenal and causes defenders nightmares. He's always making intelligent runs and at times has dominated games picking up the ball all over the pitch (e.g. Southampton last season, Portsmouth this season). He's got two great feet, his cross from the RIGHT wing which set up Dickov's second against West Ham was great movement and use of initiative before a good cross. His heading is better than a lot of right backs which can cause problems and is first touch is superb - he takes so many long balls in his stride. On top of his great attacking qualities, his defensive work has improved so much over the last year.

In a 4-4-2 formation, Dunn and Mokoena could end up a very effective central midfield pairing.
