  2. We know our Colours and wear them with Pride...
  3. Would like to see Morishita start tonight - we need some spark / more potential goal threat.
  4. After the reported falsification of the previous official minutes, and the club's seeming refusal to engage with anything other than positive feedback (or trivial issues), any meeting seems utterly pointless. Meeting with these people only legitimises their presence and authority. If their actions were as detailed previously, then Glen and the Action Group's stance is absolutely the correct one. Attending would be a waste of everyone's time.
  5. I think 10 years is a bit of a stretch but over recent years yes. In decades as an accountant, I worked across many fields in industry, commerce and sport (including football) and I can't recall any acquired business where the ownership was so remote, detached and seemingly hands-off in the organization and management of its business (a business some would consider to be in relative free fall). I would have expected such a business to have either entered insolvency or been sold many years ago. So what is our owners' end objective? I do not think they will ever sell - I understand over the years there have been a number of expressions of interest in buying either the club, or a part of it (Battersby and cronies being one that made it into the public domain some years ago), but all seemingly rebuffed. IMO, it's a managed decline with an almost inevitable conclusion as I posted yesterday. Even if our owners were minded to sell, the only way they would get back any sizeable part of their 'investment' of £200million+ is if we got back to the PL - it wont happen.
  6. Early days yet, but a solid enough start for Keef. Looking like this season won't see the three promoted clubs all go down again, anyway.
  7. Dare to lose this one Ishmae!.Not confident. Will the crowd turn if it comes to pass?
  8. Brentford on course for about mid-table on current form, despite having a fire sale in the summer. Didn't know Keith Andrews had it in him.
  9. If you walked into a museum and damaged a historical item what would the repercussions be? Surely all these clubs that are founding members or formed in the 1800s ought to be protected by law. And its not 'just so the fans have a team forever' I mean I ought to be a right of passage to be protected there wouldn't be the modern game if it wasn't for these clubs 150+ years ago.
  10. Harvey Elliot and Nonda for me.
  11. So many times we see these things and then in walks Blackburn Rovers....
  12. Rovers favourites (6/4 vs 9/4 Sheffield United and 12/5 Draw)....what could possibly go wrong 🙃
  13. I think I might be going mad - but I just saw while on the internet just now pop up in my google shopping recommends an all white kit with the new/old cross emblem for the badge instead of the rose. Looked very good. Went to find it again to take a screenshot to post here, but it has disappeared! Can't find it anywhere. Not sure if I was Hallucinating It was one of those concept kits It was made available briefly by mistake and taken down It's been available already and everyone knows that but I don't

  16. This sort of thing isn't my area of expertise tbh, I have no doubts that there has been some, er, let's say "interesting activity" that they are hiding and can't let out into public, but what kind of thing are we looking at here? I ask, because I don't really know, but wouldn't anything that's got a paper trail already be out there in the public realms? or if it's not can it not be exposed somehow to force them out? I'm at my wits end with these clowns, I'm just totally fed up with supporting a club where it's a chore, this isn't what supporting a club is about, it's supposed to be enjoyable (I get there are highs and lows and you roll with them but we're on a constant down).
  17. You know the answer already but the advantage of a protest for this game would be that there will somewhat more attention on this fixture than usual due to the occasion. Add into that it's on Sky, the Eustace factor, and the fact it already seems to be a relegation six pointer. Just so we know where we stand, are you opposed in principle to protests before, during or after any game or just this specific one?
  18. 100%. They'll beat us comfortably tonight, they are much better than us, in pretty much every aspect. They left a £10m striker in Tom Cannon, on the bench against Watford and still won.
  19. There might be a few plastic snakes in attendance though.
  20. Eustace managed it. And the silk purse was turned into even more of a sow's ear with Ismail's full blessing.
  21. End of the day that will be the reaction of most of the remaining rump of crowd. You’ll be very disappointed if you expect anything else. Like it’s been said many times, 10,000 have walked away, that’s your protest right there. The majority who are left just want to watch a game of football with some lads in a blue and white shirt.
  22. They've got a better squad, better manager (having reappointed Wilder) and will be buoyed by their win at weekend surely?
  23. https://www.rovers.co.uk/news/2025/october/21/igor-included-in-young-lions--world-cup-squad-/
  24. Yes, no wonder no interest in buying us has got to the formal stage. They'd have to open the books wouldn't they?
  25. Why protest in our 150th anniversary game against Derby?.
