broadsword Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Pure torment. We're a very badly organised side. It's a miracle man city aren't out of sight

hesfromburn Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 if we were "having a go" City would definatly have a cricket score, the goal came from one of our few attempts to attack
LeChuck Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Why is Nzonzi not playing? He's our most important player as he's the only central midfielder worth his salt.
Stuart Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Why is Nzonzi not playing? He's our most important player as he's the only central midfielder worth his salt. Match bonus?
Dunnfc Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 I know its city we are playing etc and we arnt showing much in the first 45, but lads we are only 1-0 down a penalty in the second half to us could easily get us a point... now if only we could get in there box! Chin up boys !
Backroom Tom Posted February 25, 2012 Backroom Posted February 25, 2012 Don't get me wrong it's poor but I can't muster up any anger yet as I expected worse
imy9 Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 People saying 6/7/8 before the game, currently 1-0, what do you expect, away at the Etihad where they have won every game this season. 3-0 or under and a fair result in the circumstances.
Mercer Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Why is Nzonzi not playing? He's our most important player as he's the only central midfielder worth his salt. Maybe picked-up same illness as Salgado, Nelsen, Samba, Andrews (well done Keith, 2 in 2 for WBA).
walk down bolton road Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Do not worry boys Mr Coco will now revert to plan b.
Doug Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Think our left looks reasonably tight, Olssons covering each other. Thought Orr was poor for goal, ball watching. Robbo MOM at moment. Gotta be reasonably happy at 1-0 down given the stats!
BPF Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 I have no problem with being defensive but there is no excuse for not maintaining possession. Our main objective appears to keep it out of our half, even if it means just inviting another City attempt on goal. This reminds me of the Sunderland game.
Rovermatt Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 I'm only surprised that people are surprised by the team being outclassed by Manchester City.
Mandrake Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Are you guys even watching the game!? Have you SEEN how insanely bad Petrovic is!!?????? LOOK at him at the man city goal - jogging back, TOTALLY avoiding silva-putting NO pressure on him whatsoever Then after letting silva do what the #### he wants, he doesn even bother to follow the run from silva into the box, after everyone and my grandma can see there is a cross comin in He does EVERYthing in his power to avoid action- hes supposed to be the !!!!!! Defensive mc in the team-hes totally worthless--put a sack of potatoes in his place! I cannot fathom how you can avoid noticing petrovic as the WORST player EVER in blue and white ! This repeats itself every ,,, game, and that clown Kean keeps putting him in the middle of the park. It is just so horribly shocking for me, i can barely watch any game hes remotely taking part in. Thank you venkys, u have totally ruined blackburn rovers for us all, and i can honestly say i could run the club better using only a bloody cellphone from norway Whats the point of this anymore---ive been an insanely big bburn fan for 23 years-this is too much to take Get that idiot petrovic off the field for petes sake!!!!!
Scott18 Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Could be in for a battering in the second, we will have to be as good as we were against United to get even a point. City's defence looks solid it's going to be a challenge even for the yak.
bluebruce Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Le chuck, he is ill. I have a theory- we sold hoilett to a russian club before their deadline, bringing in his free agent brother- junior junior glint in the milkman's eye hoilett, who is actually 5 but they're all so short you can't tell. (sarcasm aside, I do think marcus olsson is doing ok) Also, what is with our defensive throws? We get outnumbered heavily in our own half, nobody coming to collect, olsson taking them whilst throwin 'expert' mgp stands a few yards away, and gift possession from them. On the rare occasion we make city take a defensive throw we all run into our half and again gift them easy posession.
hesfromburn Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 People saying 6/7/8 before the game, currently 1-0, what do you expect, away at the Etihad where they have won every game this season. 3-0 or under and a fair result in the circumstances. Agreed!
RibbleValleyRover Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Robbo had a great game, but just frucked up then. 2-0.
Dunnfc Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Said at half time robbo cant catch, this is why he dont play for england.... Hes not good enough. Okay for us however Bunn should play the next games incase we go down.
hesfromburn Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 2 - 0 ROBINSON WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!!???
G Somerset Rover Posted February 25, 2012 Posted February 25, 2012 Shocker from Robbo, absolute shocker. Mauling is still on the cards.
Typical!!
