True but he was good at harbouring young talent.

Though looking at the current squad, you'd never guess.

Well if Bolton get a manager before us there is still plenty of fish in the sea.

If Bolton beat us to our top target Kamy needs to have a stern word with Shebby.

Embarrassing!

From he owners to the fans, I'm embarrassed by the lot, but most especially by these action group "reps" who constantly manage to post condescending messages whilst at the same claiming they're not in it for themselves yadda yadda yadda

Gets more like Animal Farm every fooking day.

Utterly shambolic from venkys signing on the dotted line 2 years ago.

This has the look of an utter kean up given that their criteria basically rules out half the world's managerial population. In fact looking at it you probably fit the bill better if you have never done it before!!

But lets assume there are at least 4 diverse opinions on which way to go with the short list. You have Shebby The Mouth, Mrs Doubtfire, Deadly Derek and Barry White. They won't even be in the same hemisphere in terms of how they read it.So thats a month gone.

Then finally those immortal words ,''we have identified our list of targets''. By this time anybody with an ounce of self respect will have withdrawn and we will be down to the mercenaries-probably foreign because it always looks better if you try something from abroad!! No connection with rovers , no idea about the championship , but crucially buy the idea of a DoF cos they are more used to it.Then comes the haggle over money, lasting another couple of weeks and we end up with somebody who in reality is about choice number 50 on any fans list as of now and we hold a sh1tty press conference in the run up to the Dingles game.

Lying in a handy 15th position in the league we are fed a diet of ''no reason why this group of players can't get us promoted-IF NOT THIS YEAR THEN CERTAINLY NEXT YEAR !!!

OMG -what the hell has happened to this Club??

This delay in appointing a new manager is becoming a farce , cannot help thinking Venkys didnt want Kean to go .

If they did a new manager would have been in situ now !

Why did Kean resign when he did ?

Boltons sacking of Coyle will make the search more difficult , anyone in their right mind will go to the Reebok before us , and no one can blame them ..

Black would be their ideal cheap option , but after Saturday that will not happen (but you never know , kean got it doing badly).

I don't think Venkys and singh have a clue how and who to approach , could they return to their old mate Jerome Anderson for advice ?

The club needs a proper respected manager , the squad is poor due to Keans ridiculous signings and if this situation is not resolved soon another relegation is on the cards ..
