RoyRover Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Yes, K.O. 17:20. Great stuff. I look forward to watching this one. I hope we can give someone a good hammering soon!

martonrover Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 As a local could you recommend the best place to park. Cheers. The snag here is that I only drive trains these days and have never had a car whilst living in Peterborough. I think you can park at the ground. A quick google of 'away fans guide Peterborough' gives you plenty of useful links.
Backroom Tom Posted November 16, 2012 Backroom Posted November 16, 2012 Nervous about this but I see that as a good thing Under Kean it was never nice losing but now people really seem to care more again
Ewood Spark Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Congratulations, ES; you're 10 grounds ahead of me. You're spot on about the kids of today; mind you, I bet our Dads said much the same about us!! It helps being old enough to have bagged a few in the old third division .... if there was one problem being in the Premier for so long it was the small turnover of clubs.
SharrockDownSouth Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 The Berg's the word. Please tell me that you're going to try and start this as a new song Bob...
sparky12 Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Striker in a drought? Club in crisis? Can't see where the next point is coming from? Seeing Rovers on the horizon has always been a filip if any of the above applies. 2-1 Posh. Eh?
yoda Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Please tell me that you're going to try and start this as a new song Bob... It already is/was Ber Berg Berg, Berg is the word
chris_h Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Eh? We seem to be a bit of a lucky talisman for players/teams who are struggling.
dubdubdub Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 It already is/was Ber Berg Berg, Berg is the word Please don't. If you thought Kean drove fans away then you have no idea about the power of this annoyance (couldn't bring myself to call it a song).
yoda Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Please don't. If you thought Kean drove fans away then you have no idea about the power of this annoyance (couldn't bring myself to call it a song). It was a bit naff wasn't it, I predict we will need a song for Berg though!
bob fleming Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 It already is/was Ber Berg Berg, Berg is the word Exactly. Surfin Bird by the mighty Ramones or off Family Guy. YouTube the mutha. Go with the Ramones live. Class.
yoda Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Exactly. Surfin Bird by the mighty Ramones or off Family Guy. YouTube the mutha. Go with the Ramones live. Class. Get Peter Cucumber on the case
bob fleming Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 It was a bit naff wasn't it, I predict we will need a song for Berg though! How very dare you! I agree though, as a "terrace" anthem it has no chance.
rovermagic Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Well this is the game that really hammers home what division we're in...similar to Newcastle vs Scunthorpe. No game is a must-win till April/May but we really should be winning these games if we want to get promoted. Added fitness, confidence and actual work on the training ground means I am optimistic...and I think we're on Sky as well. I checked SkySports 1, 2 and 3 and we are not on any of them today. Is there somewhere else where we're on Sky? I stand corrected. I was looking for 3PM start. We are on Sky Spotts 1 at 5:20.
AggyBlue Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Really looking forward to attending this one ... first new ground I've bagged in ages Did you not go to MK Dons, that was a new one for me earlier this season.
Ewood Spark Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Did you not go to MK Dons, that was a new one for me earlier this season. 'Unfortunately' having two primary school age children has put the 'kybosh' on any long distance mid-week excursions! Same thing for Cardiff last season.
kokkini Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Train from Leeds at 11, will be in my old local in Stamford for the NL Derby, train to peterborough at 4. Going to be a cracking day, got a very good feeling about the game today.
walk down bolton road Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Nervous about this but I see that as a good thing Under Kean it was never nice losing but now people really seem to care more again . Good point Tom,slowly but surely we are going in the right direction at long last, there is certainly light at the end of the very long tunnel we are in.
old darwen blue Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Have a great day all you members who are going today. Standing on terraces will be like the old days. Sadly I am working nights tonight so the tv will have to do for me.
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Exactly. Surfin Bird by the mighty Ramones or off Family Guy. YouTube the mutha. Go with the Ramones live. Class. Sounds like you've never heard of the original by " The Trashmen ". Did you not go to MK Dons, that was a new one for me earlier this season. Some great tracks from Squeezeon your playlist. Much underrated band.
LeChuck Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 Team tomorrow for me, assuming fitness, it's not ideal because of the total imbalance in the squad left by he who can't be mentioned. Robbo , Hanley, Dann, Givet Lowe Henley, Formica, Murphy, Rochina, Martin Olsson Rhodes. Why would you mess so severely with a team that has put in 2 good performances? You could easily make that into a 4-4-1-1 that seems to suit us. Robinson; Henley, Dann, Hanley, Givet; Formica, Murphy, Lowe, Olsson; Rochina; Rhodes
AJW Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 anybody know what the opening times are for the ticket office today ?
