Hughes has really hit the skids since he started employing Kia Joorabchian as his agent. Can't remember exactly who his agent was when he came to Rovers but it wasn't him. At QPR, Hughes was only signing Joorabchian's recommendations. Self-defeating and weird but he might be able to turn himself around...
