Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Bright first 10-15, Rochina especially - since then dreadful - Simon decent, CKR pants - few chants of Appletons B & W army from BE, only Darwen End has had a go - few chants of only one JW - to be honest nowt to get excited about - boos at HT.
callumrovers Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 This result so far can not be put down to Appleton. The blame lies solely on the players.
rovers11 Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Failure to win today and any faint hopes of the playoffs are over imo. With Watford winning we'd be 10 points adrift. Too many to catch up with our inconsistent form.
Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 They don't deserve to sit anywhere near JW's seats - hope those sitting near are giving it to them. Charlton are decidedly mediocre, we are worse so far - Jordan isolated, new manager, same old.
Stuart Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 This is garbage to watch. (the 'football') Also, Whilst I applaud these kids, the half time 'entertainment' is depressing. An' it's freezing.
Clitherover Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 This result so far can not be put down to Appleton. The blame lies solely on the players. Why?, Bowyer and McPhillips came straight in, shaped the players up and got back to back wins including a 3-0 win against a team in 7th place, I expect him to do the same or he's a failure imo.
broadsword Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Of course the responsibility for this result lies with Appleton, the manager ultimately is responsible whether he's been in charge for 1 or 1000. Nonsense to suggest otherwise.

He is playing the same team Bowyer put out. They drew with Wolves. He has been in the job a week. Get a feeling some of the players might be sulking.

Backroom DE. Posted January 19, 2013 Backroom Posted January 19, 2013 Amazing really that Rhodes still gets criticised by so many on here. I dread to think where we'd be without his goals.
Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 First bit of quality - CKR cross JR diving header - Charlton just missed another sitter
Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Not sure they know we've changes ends
broadsword Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 They missed the goal, but caught the snowball.
Torgeir Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Fear not for I have placed a bet on Rovers today. Sure sign of defeat.
Martin Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 We should have the momentum to go and win this now. Incredibly important for the manager that we win today - otherwise he's the man that ruined Team GB's excellent run.
Stuart Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 No changesWrong.Rochina switched to left wing with CKR going just behind Rhodes. Paid dividends almost immediately. #justmaybe...
Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Meant new personnel - we are the rovers, we hate Venkys from DE, picked up by BE
Backroom DE. Posted January 19, 2013 Backroom Posted January 19, 2013 Going to be pretty pathetic if we lose this one.
