arbitro Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Its all going Pete Tong for them. Both of their closest rivals score winning goals deep into stoppage time. Hopefully their luck has run out after using up a lifetime of good fortune this season.

LDRover Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 It's written fellas, like the book in Back to the Future.
davulsukur Posted April 12, 2016 Posted April 12, 2016 Let's hope Rhodes is saving all his goals up for Tuesday's game.
AdamRochina Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Leeds beat Birmingham ..cost me 250 quid ..gutted was only a quid bet on an 8 fold

davulsukur Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 Leeds beat Birmingham ..cost me 250 quid ..gutted was only a quid bet on an 8 fold They are the worst, betting on football can be really irritating!
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted April 13, 2016 Moderation Lead Posted April 13, 2016 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/34914013- decent piece on Chris Hughton at Brighton, had no idea their early season form equalled a post-war record (21 games unbeaten).
Lancaster Rover Posted April 13, 2016 Posted April 13, 2016 The best thing Brighton did was lose IMO, they were in danger of becoming like Huddersfield were when they held a similar record. Brighton started to draw a number of games as they seemed so intent on preserving the unbeaten run rather than going for the win. I saw Lee Clark interviewed a while ago and he said that their unbeaten run become like a noose around their neck, players become obsessed with no losing they started to forget the importance of winning, its an interesting point really.
LDRover Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Brighton 1 up and Burnley down to 3rd as things stand
perthblue02 Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Are both games on TV in the UK? , we have only got the Hull V Wolves one Just seems a bit strange two Friday night KO's in the Championship
Mattyblue Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Not on TV, avoiding a clash with the Brighton Marathon this weekend
perthblue02 Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Fantastic free kick from Snodgrass to win the game for Hull
Backroom Tom Posted April 15, 2016 Backroom Posted April 15, 2016 Fantastic free kick from Snodgrass to win the game for Hull It was but it was an own goal
LDRover Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Lovely results tonight. Brighton going 2nd and closing the GD gap significantly and Hull getting closer to Burnley too.
Stuart Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Not a great week for Bumley, for a change. Will wait for them to slip up first though. Second place is still in their own hands.
perthblue02 Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Lovely results tonight. Brighton going 2nd and closing the GD gap significantly and Hull getting closer to Burnley too. Plus keeps Fulham below us and hammers their GD a bit
Backroom Tom Posted April 15, 2016 Backroom Posted April 15, 2016 Interesting now Burnley have been top for so long and now find themselves needing a result to get back into the top two. A loss and they may start twitching
LDRover Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Their next 3 games are tricky, the last 2 pretty straightforward. A lot hinges on the game at Birmingham tomorrow, drop points there (which I think they will) and they'll be in a must win situation against boro on Tuesday.
perthblue02 Posted April 15, 2016 Posted April 15, 2016 Games Left M'Boro -Home - Ipswich , Brighton Away - Bolton, Burnley, Birmingham Brighton - Home - QPR, Derby Away - Charlton , M'Boro Dingles - Home - QPR, M'Boro Away - Birmingham, Preston, Charlton Probably to much for Hull to make up to challenge for top 2 but Home - Leeds, Brentford, Rotherham Away - Reading , Bolton
Backroom Tom Posted April 15, 2016 Backroom Posted April 15, 2016 Looking at the fixtures I think Burnley will come second however a couple of losses this week would put them right up against it. Birmingham away tomorrow, Boro home Tuesday then away to Preston on Friday! Not much has gone how we would like it to this season but here's hoping.
Gav Posted April 16, 2016 Posted April 16, 2016 Come on Boro Brum are very hit and miss, not much to play for really, but lets hope they can turn that shower over. Plenty of snow about, a few dingles stranded on the m6 would be a bonus to.
