Harry Chapman is out of contract in the summer, so I can only imagine they have the option of him signing a new one and then loaning him out or finding a club now that will agree a loan with obligation to buy. I've done mine twice and he looked like a man who knew he'd done his too. So much for all that pre-season high intensity training! Quote

We only have one - Danny Graham If you lose that one, you adapt your tactics to suit the resources that you do have, (the managers job). Quote

I said the same last week, loaning Chapman out seems odd unless they've got an option or are confident of getting a development fee that would match their valuation of him, seems a risky game to play. 1 Quote

I love how the squad is taking shape with young and skilled talent who seem to want to be here. We just need to ship out the likes of Whittingham and Caddis by the end of the week, not that they are bad guys, just that they aren't good enough. 2 Quote

deryck guyler's spoon Posted August 28, 2018 Posted August 28, 2018 I suppose from Boro's perspective (if there's anything in the Fail's yarn) then they would reduce their wage bill a bit by letting Chapman go on loan. From our perspective we would be well on our way to becoming Blackburn's biggest employer. 1 Quote
