It would have taken more than Wharton to change that. Zubimendi is very good. Not sure Wharton is better than him yet. And certainly not far better. Mainoo is not particularly good. Mainoo is better as an attacking midfielder Quote

roverandout Posted Wednesday at 16:13 Posted Wednesday at 16:13 (edited) Real Madrid are interested in Wharton. He'd fit into their team perfectly. They've lost modric. He's the perfect player to play the number 6 role for them. His price tag will only be higher next summer Edited Wednesday at 16:14 by roverandout 2 Quote

I'd guess atm arsenal would see Wharton as a project player which is bullshit. I think he'd slot alot quicker into real Madrid's side Quote
Popular Post DuffsLeftPeg Posted Wednesday at 16:50 Popular Post Posted Wednesday at 16:50 Wharton will stay at Palace this season. It’s the best environment for him for now, a move now would only add pressure. He knows that as he’s got his head screwed on. He’ll star at the World Cup and will be able to name his team after that. The lad is a different level, every top club in Europe will want him next summer. 11 1 Quote

Depends if Palace lose Geuhi and Eze which looks likely and maybe Mateta aswell then if I was Wharton I'd be looking to move this summer they will struggle if they lose those players 2 1 Quote

roversfan99 Posted Wednesday at 21:21 Posted Wednesday at 21:21 Yes it is. Wharton is a very, very good player but not Real Madrid starting 11 to replace Luka Modric standard. Quote

Not sure, every time I watch AW play these days he looks like the best player on the pitch and about 3 moves ahead of everyone else. Maybe not yet, but getting there (another testament to our useless owners getting rid of him for a pittance at the earliest opportunity). Edited Wednesday at 22:42 by jny 5 Quote

He’s unique. 4 Quote

RevidgeBlue Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago ManUre are seemingly testing out the waters via the media - saying they're weighing up whether or not to make a bid etc. Once upon a time that would have been deemed illegal tapping up. Really hope he doesn't go there. Even if it means we dont get a sell on. 2 Quote
