the article were these 3 were linked also says others will be on the shortlist. I'm expecting an overseas coach from Italy or Portugal

Surely they should appoint O'Neil as he 'knows the club'?

Just read this.

O'Neil, Edwards and Carrick all linked.

Madness to go back for O’Neil.

I watched/listened to Carrick on MOTD last night, talk about talking for the sake of talking and saying nowt!

Wolves are being linked with the re appointment of Gary O'Neil.

A manager who was doing an atrocious job that led to Pereira coming in and saving them. Would be a terrible appointment.

Then they can reappoint Pereira to save them again. Rinse and repeat, and keep that precious Premier Legaue money forever more.

Oddly the Wolves fans aren't having the "knows the club" airtight reasoning. Instead they're aghast.

I am one of few who think that Wolves should have kept O'Neil in the first place. Looking at where they are 12 months on from potting him seems like it was only putting off the inevitable. As has been pointed out selling the club's best players and replacing them with inferior replacements leads to trouble.

And yet still, certain clubs including our own, keep thinking that they can be the ones who will manage to do this and still manage to tread water

He was doing terrible when they left, everything had gone into chaos, discipline had totally gone and they appeared doomed. Pereira came in and did a great job rescuing them which made him a candidate for manager of the season.

Wolves fans appear to be absolutely fuming about his potential reappointment.

Wolves also another club basically owned and run by agents.

A pattern perhaps?
