Tomphil2 Posted May 8 Posted May 8 (edited) Can see it now on the horizon..... 'V's cleared from providing bonds and guarantees but the war between India and Pakistan means no funds can be sent as they're needed at home' - Steve Waggot - June 2025 But the good news is the sales of Callum and Dom and the wage bill cuts mean we can fund ourselves till Jan 2026, the war should be concluded by then ! wilsdenrover Posted May 8 Posted May 8 No updates yet. I’m now on my hols but will try and check again in the morning. No one hold their breaths though (either in relation to the court’s reliability or mine 😁😁) 1 Quote

wilsdenrover Posted May 9 Posted May 9 (edited) Still no update. Maybe that’s good news* as there’s more to type up than ‘it’s too late/no one turned up, we’ll try another time’. Or maybe I’m just clutching at straws. 🤷♂️🤷♂️ * good news may well not be the right term to use!! Edited May 9 by wilsdenrover Quote

paullarrygher Posted May 9 Posted May 9 The order from yesterday's hearing hasn't been published yet. 5 August was the listing date from the 25 March hearing. But then there was the 'surprise' hearing on 24 April that listed the next hearing as 8 May. Not getting too excited but the fact that hearings are now taking place a few weeks after each other is some progress on the 2/3 month wait there previously was. 1 Quote
paullarrygher Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Order published and guess what...judge on leave and next listed for 20 May. Quote
Tomphil2 Posted May 9 Posted May 9 Whoever is conducting this pantomime is earning their coin. A friendly court clerk ....... Quote
