Honestly, I thought the pink one was top notch. It was clearly the popular choice around town this year. As a XL wearer away from Rovers kits, I needed 3XL which I then took into town to get shortened and the fit was worryingly fine. I may be 'big' but I'm bloody well not 3XL big!

I would have got a home shirt this year if it had been very '150th' themed. I may or may not get an away as it depends on the design. Any special one-off 150th bonus shirt would need to be football style (in material) rather than the cotton rugby jersey for me as I don't like heavy fabric.

"Full kit wanker"

Love it!

That deserves a new entry all of it's own in the Oxford English dictionary this year.

Adj: Elderly male wearing full soccer kit with neither the looks nor the physique to pull it off.

Only just noticed he's wearing a captains armband too 🤣

Is this kit the same fit as last years then? Was two sizes up before being comfortable last year

Yea I was 2XL last season and it's a 2XL now.

I'm too old to wear football shirts any more, but even if I wasn't, £60 is silly money for a football shirt.

I stopped regularly buying football kits to wear when I stopped playing in my 40’s. I’d have bought this one to help the club if had been quartered properly. I may get one for my grandson if he likes it more than I do.

I bought that 1960’s one that Herbies was selling on this site to wear when walking out in rural Spain. Now that is a cracking shirt that any Rovers fan could be proud of.

So the shirt is a proper B&W halved shirt?

Arguably a “proper halved shirt” is the Grasshoppers Zurich one. I want Blackburn Rovers wearing a proper Rovers shirt & that has reversed halves & ideally halved sleeves…see my avatar for details..

The halved sleeves can be changed every now and again no bother but if the halves are not reversed on the back then it isn't a Rovers shirt.
