That sequence highlights the unsolved issues up front. We don’t have anyone who can drive at the defense to create a chance and end up playing in crosses to players that don’t do well finishing crosses.

Id take Buckley over him every week. Tavares has done one lovely pass, but apart from that loses the ball regularly.

He strolls around and doesn't tackle well enough.

Riberio disappointing going forward too, attacks seem to stop with him with a bad delivery / pass.

I think this game sums up how average the Championship is, these lads look as bad if not worse than us

Despite selling all our good players, replacing them with cheap foreign nobodies making us certainties for consecutive relegations to League 2, we had the better of that half.

Can’t help but think this is what a match between two relegation contending sides looks like in the first 5 games of the season.

That was a better half than I feared. Watford look quicker but unfocused, rovers are more organised but too many individual errors so far up front
