aye, really shrewd move to sell the spine of the team and replace them with inferior players (alebiousi the exeption) and some idiots keep saying were would we be without venkys

Didn't the ref book Hendriksson for doing exactly earlier?

Coventry player kicked the ball against him as he stood in front of the FK to delay it's restart.

I’ll be amazed if we’re not rock bottom by the 150th anniversary game.
Sheffield United (H), Southampton (H), Leicester (A) and Bristol City (A).

Might be 1 point in that if we’re lucky

Saints having a a bit of a stinker so far, all things considered, maybe we'll be able to frustrate them and nick a point. I'm dreading the other fixtures in that list.

Yep, already lots of comments this season about how 'unlucky' we are.

No excuse IMO. Loser mentality.

Shit teams always bang on about how 'unlucky' and 'hard done by' they are, but we never say that teams that win every week are extremely lucky and fortunate.

Man U of the 90s were extremely lucky. Liverpool with Salah are extremely lucky.

Had the displeasure of the BBC Coventry team. My God what a set of biased delusional cunts.

You have to be to live in that part of the country I feel.

Wow, who would have thunked that losing nearly 1000 games of championship experience would end up with us being resoundingly beaten on a weekly basis. Clearly not Rudy for one

1- 0 - mishit volley through a crowd of players because of course.

Wasn't a mishit, Toth didnt exactly cover himself in glory, the ref's had a good game, their keeper hasnt done anything at all remarkable and it isn't bad luck at all.

They've got quality up front and we have none. That's not  bad luck.

Playing well for periods in games but rarely taking your chances and invariably losing is also the textbook sign of a relegation outfit

I don't agree with that. Two very good football teams of their eras with unbearable large armchair and internet fanbases, no one wanted to see them win, but they didn't become winning machines due to luck.

Ismael is the first head coach in a long time who is just as bad as the players he's coaching.

Get rid, along with the loathsome Suhail and Gestede.

Do you think Kargbo had ever seen a football before we signed him? Struggling to remember a player as bad with a ball at his feet.

Gestede needs fucking pelting! Like properly pelting. None of this half arsed fucking shit with the nonsense coalition! He’s a fucking rat! The sale of experience is on him and nobody else he is the head of football operations, it’s on his fucking neck!

Unsurprisingly, another good "spell" that means absolutely nothing because we have stripped our squad to the bone as far as decent players are concerned.

I will say one thing - Ohashi scored a few last season, because we supplemented his weaknesses with Championship experience. Now we are seeing why that was so important. Real life isn't Football Manager.

Exactly this. And it’s all part of a bigger issue.

Nobody at the club will ever admit they got anything wrong. It’s always bad luck, or someone else’s fault, or beyond their control. Top down arrogant, shit attitude. The culture Venky’s and their incompetent trusted employees have created.

Kargbo is about as intelligent a footballer as Dolan.

Yeah but without any of the talent.

Pace is nice but you need some sort of talent to make any use of it.

We did play well in the first half. However, if you play well for 45 mins every week over 46 games, that's half a season of good performances, but if you don't win those matches, you're in trouble. We're in trouble.

That is very true , Coyle was potted in Feb or there abouts , and we got relegated on the last day at Brentford , with the aid of shenanigans between Birmingham and Huddersfield..

This season we will be down by Easter Monday and I have no idea when Easter is !

This squad with the exception of Cantwell is totally devoid of  offensive talent !

Dolan is closer to Messi than Kargbo is to Dolan - yet some were pleased because of “pAcE”
