I'm listening to Radio Lancs. I haven't heard Travs name yet. -
Bruce has brought in his two assistants, Steve Clemence and Steve Agnew. Also his son, Alex Bruce. Same group that has failed at Birmingham, Hull and Newcastle. Oh well. Let's see what happens. Probably new manager bounce against us.

Yep. Time to stop blaming Tony for "mismanagement".

Have the refs got it in for Derby? I haven't seen the incident but to have to play with ten from the 3rd minute is some task. Everything seems to be weighted against them. I don't particularly like them as a club but I really feel sorry for them and their supporters.

Andrew Fisher would have been a good signing for us. I wonder where he learned his trade.🧐

Good news that he's avoided injury.

You mean at Ewood versus Preston. How are they doing?

We could have had Joe Nuttall back but he's gone from Blackpool to Scunthorpe. -

I heard we had never won a league game at Kenilworth Road. I think Andy Bayse and Kevin Gallacher said it. -
Oldham were founder members of the Premier League. They were one of the clubs wanting to make it a closed shop with no relegation. 🤣🤣

Many horses yet. This is the Grand National you know. It's still January. But, things are looking well.......for now.

Let's see how incompetent Keith Stroud is tonight at the Hawthorns. I'm keeping this thread on track.☺️

Isn't our last game Bournemouth at home? That could be a decider as to who gets 2nd place.

Gallagher needs to start up front middle. Ayala hasn't got the stamina to run around like Gally. I'm worried about left wing back. Edun struggles in that position. He is a midfielder. Can JRC play that role (as a sub later on obviously)? Kaminski; Lenihan, Van Hecke, Wharton; Nyambe, Travis, Rothwell, Edun; Buckley; Gallagher, Khadra. Subs; Davenport, Zeefuik, Ayala, Butterworth, JRC, Chapman and a keeper. -

I remember leaving the Blackburn End through the large exit to Nuttall Street and the crowd was so thick and crushed I was lifted off my feet and carried for about two metres. My feet didn't touch the ground. It was a weird feeling. I was lucky to be there, too. My dad didn't always take me to Ewood but I was there for the 9-0, the 8-3 win v Bristol R when Briggs got his 7 and the 6-0 revenge win v Lincoln C. I missed out on the 7-1 win over Spurs in Sept 1963 being in the process of travelling back by train from a holiday in Tarragona, Spain at the time.
