I'm excited for a poll on this. This is how far we have fallen 😅

What I really don't like about the injuries narrative is that we've had injuries all season and managed to stay within play off contention until recently. Always felt we were doing well in spite of a couple of key men missing (e.g. Dack, Travis, plus smaller injuries to players that regularly start). Mowbray now isn't getting the best out of the players that were doing well earlier in the season. It's very worrying and even more so that the seemingly social media element of our fan base can't see this. We aren't even playing good football, so this rhetoric about our journey is just frustrating. He's completely lost his way and needs replacing before he drags us down any further.

I thought Trybull was our best player when he came on against Coventry & deserved his start yesterday. Granted he didn't do a lot with his chance but then again that's been a theme of our season. I think he's a slight improvement on Evans, who has flattered to deceive in his time with us. As for some of the names being mentioned as being better than Trybull, I've needed a laugh this morning 👍

I did earlier in the season and just requested a refund from ifollow as soon as I realised. As long as you don't watch the stream, they have no issue with the request. Had the money back within the week.

Chuffed I don't have to pay the tenner and can watch on Sky. Literally no excitement for the game. Sitting down to watch the games out of commitment, rather than enjoyment at the moment.

That Harwood-Bellis is really, really poor.

I don't think I ever got the impression we moved Souness on because he was underperforming. Wasn't he poached by Newcastle?

Didn't think I could be anymore annoyed after watching that crap. Just read Mowbray's comments after the game about Nyambe. I can't believe we're in this situation with no end in sight. As others have said, managers doing the same at other clubs wouldn't have a job for long.

I'm not sure I could stomach Wagner after what he did at Huddersfield (rotated out his whole team against a hapless Birmingham, who won to effectively relegate us to L1). I don't care that they were already in the playoffs and that we ultimately weren't good enough to stay up across the whole of the season. Those sort of antics shouldn't occur in professional sport.

The death spiral in full effect. I can't get over how bad our football is. Whenever this statement is uttered, it's usually way too early to say so, but our season really is over.

I'm just getting bored of this now. I had wrote out a fairly lengthy post, but I've just deleted it all bar the first line. We all know what the problems are and there doesn't seem to be any end in sight. Be bold. Let him go. Get someone in that's progressive and will let our team flourish.

Yeah exactly. I quite like the flexibility of being able to stream a game for £10. I know it's not great for getting bums on seats, but I hope they don't do away with it completely when we can get back to the games. Realistically, I don't think having it as an option would deter the hardcore from getting a season ticket or going to the games home and away regularly. I don't drive and live in Liverpool now (lived a lot further away prior to that). Had a season ticket for 2 seasons but the trains were bloody awful & I'd have games I couldn't make due to other commitments. I'd still do my usual 8-10+ games a season (home & away) and stream most of the others. Feel spoiled this season in a way being able to watch all the games.

Yeah that's the decision I took at the start of the season, knowing that it was unlikely we'd be able to freely go and watch the games live. Prior to this season I put away £60 a month into a Rovers account, to cover games/travel/game day expenses, etc. Carried that into this season and just pay for the passes when they aren't televised on Sky (or available midweek via the Sky app).

Yeah, Scott Dann was terrible for Rovers. Which is a shame cause he looked like a good bit of business at the time.

Some embarrassing comments on here tonight. Trying to compare defenders that were competent in the Premier League to defenders we have that are middling in the Championship is a non starter.

It's a real shame as when he has played, he's looked pretty good.

They just need to get him in and not risk waiting until the summer when there may be more interest. If he does sign this month, I'm sure we could push out Bell on loan somewhere quickly and get some of his wages paid. That's if we're bothered about having 3 senior LBs on the books. Providing he's as good as he's suggested to be, it solves our long term LB issue and rather cheaply.

I agree on Douglas. He was a lot better today.
