mogster Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 When he meets people from the town?!?! The only time he's gone anywhere near anyone from the town he claimed they had gone to the trouble of buying glasses of whiskey and dissolving them into his one and only bottle of Budweiser. He presumably thinks the townsfolk are quite forward thinking as they must have brought a funnel to the pub with them or he would surely have tasted the whiskey on the lip of the bottle! Oh no, my mistake, this was when he lied in a court of law and none of it happened. I dare you to set foot in Ewood Mr Kean - wander into the Barbers, the Fernhurst or the Fox & Hounds and gauge the true opnion of the majority... bring some Elastoplast.

Emge Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 Nah, if he needed care it would be in some way forgivable. I believe he knows exactly what he's doing. Oh, he knows what he's doing allright! He is a twisted little worm who will do what ever it takes to remain in this position. He has no spine, no credibility, he certainly got no shame. He is very very very lucky to have gotten himself into a unique situation like this - with owners who are ignorant, naive, stingy, stubborn and simply clueless! Has there ever been a Premier League manager who has such an unwanted status among the fans and NOT been sacked? KEAN OUT!! VENKYS OUT!!
Mercer Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 It would not surprise me at all if Kean is not potted this weekend. He was so smug at yesterday's presser saying he'd never felt so secure. Hmmmm. Our owners are so unpredictable and let's face it, given her troubles in India, Mrs D must be thinking it's 'that time of month' every day !!!. Take a hammering at Stoke today in front of a world wide audience and if our small band of supporters there manage to get a message across, then I think we might just all be pleasantly surprised.
roverandout Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 i would be effin surprised if they did the right thing for once.
greco Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 according to danish media kean apparantly sacrified john faxe jensen. They stated that kean wrote a letter to the board and gave faxe the blame for the players poor fitness levels and furthermore blamed him for not following his tactical instructions. link: http://ekstrabladet.dk/sport/fodbold/udenlandsk_fodbold/engelsk_fodbold/PremierLeague/article1664731.ece
philipl Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 Google translate: It caused surprise when John 'Faxe' Jensen got kicked in England Blackburn Rovers. Too good enough, Premier League club while disappointed, but it is rare that it's assistant - and not the manager - who pays the price for failure. But Steve Kean is still in office in Blackburn, who as recently as Saturday ran into yet another defeat against Stoke, while 'Faxe' is the past at Ewood Park. And according to TV channel 6's, then hang the thing together. Saturday brought the channel broadcast a report showing it from many sides alleged that Kean sacrificed the Dane to save his own skin. - When a manager has been under pressure as Kean has been in a prolonged period, so goes the Board normally and firing the manager - not the assistant, says BBC journalist Andy Bayes, who is surprised that John Faxe 'Jensen was wearing responsible for Blackburn's problems. Under 6s Steve Kean went so far in 'assassination' on his assistant that he wrote an email to the board, which he criticized John 'Faxe' Jensen to blame for the players' bad shape because of faulty training methods, just as he allegedly accused 'Faxe' for not following his instructions. The start of that last sentence is NOT a joke inserted by me by the way!
glen9mullan Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 The Danish Press came to see me on Tuesday about Kean and did an interview, They told me that Kean had back stabbed Jensen, as they spoke with Jensen who is now a pundit on Danish Tv. I told them what my understanding and opinion was on the matter, but we all knew this was someone else being the fall guy for Keans awful management
Steve Moss Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 Does this surprise anyone? In my opinion, only the village idiots and Venkys don't seem to realize that Kean is a viper poisoning our club.
Andy Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 Another toothless defeat and now rock bottom of the Premier League. Now, is there genuinely anyone who wants to give this joker even more time?!
gumboots Posted November 26, 2011 Posted November 26, 2011 Another toothless defeat and now rock bottom of the Premier League. Now, is there genuinely anyone who wants to give this joker even more time?! The Rao family apparently as he'd have been sacked otherwise
ScottishRover Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 At the minute 'Steve Kean' is one of the leading trands on twitter
gumboots Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 At the minute 'Steve Kean' is one of the leading trands on twitter Makes no odds - he won't be sacked
brian_gallagher85 Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 Another toothless defeat and now rock bottom of the Premier League. Now, is there genuinely anyone who wants to give this joker even more time?! Apparently his supporters now feel it's where we belong...

joey_big_nose Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 Surely surely he has to be sacked now? He was keeping his head above water with some decent performances against Norwich, Spurs and the like but that is well and truely over now. THere can't be any excuses left.
mjs Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 Surely surely he has to be sacked now? Dont get your hopes up. The dark forces wont allow that to happen
roverandout Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 most of the 'give him more time' brigade dont post on here, they just vote and bugger off to wind people up.
Ricky Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 We heard a lot of rumours on here of him being given 3 more games. Those 3 games have come and gone and we're now firmly rooted to the bottom of the league. Can't see him bring given the boot. Bruce could well be sacked before Kean.

I still can't believe he is rovers manager. His record is shocking. 6 win in 34 games. Will the owners ever sack him because if they don't then we will be in the Championship next season for sure. no confidence in kean as manager. he is just another Kidd. KEAN OUT!!!
Mattyblue Posted November 27, 2011 Posted November 27, 2011 Most Saturday nights/Sunday morning for the last 9 months have been full of 'there's a meeting going on right now, he's gone on Monday' and so on. This weekend? Nada Now even the ITKers have given up hope!
