davulsukur Posted September 13, 2016 Author Posted September 13, 2016 I really have been baffled these past few days at people predicting us coasting to victory tonight. We can barely defend, we can't score, yet Merce & co predict 3/4 goal romps. Joke. As I've said for some time, relegated by Christmas. Mercer man used reasoned thinking to come to the conclusion we would stuff Leeds by 3 or 4 goals. Literally no idea how he has the confidence to predict such laughable predictions

Husky Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 I had similar thoughts having read some naive comments from naive fans who were kidded by Coyle. Anybody who falls for Coyles bluff and bluster needs psychiatric treatment. Some perspective - QPR 0 Newcastle 5 at the moment Here's some more: Barcelona 6-0 Celtic It's still good to know we'd be able to hold our own in the top Scottish league.
Backroom Tom Posted September 13, 2016 Backroom Posted September 13, 2016 Newcastle beating QPR 6-0 whilst we were delighted with a 1-1
Jock Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 We will not know until quite a few weeks from now The freak Rao's have embarrassed us on every other record.
chor808 Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 Yeah I couldn't understand how some thought we'd done well against QPR, Newcastle have put that result in perspective tonight. 0-6 and Hanley scores. We softened them up?
Backroom DE. Posted September 13, 2016 Backroom Posted September 13, 2016 11 minutes for three more. COYB.
Backroom DE. Posted September 13, 2016 Backroom Posted September 13, 2016 Barnsley smashing Wolves 3-0 at Molineux...
Gav Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 Wolves getting hammered at home, new owners came in with talk of millions to invest then put Walter Zenga in charge Be afraid, be very afraid Wolves fans, if it doesn't make sense, its probably dodgy
garnersfags Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 1st attempt on goal, it's incredible. I'm glad Guthrie prevented from coming on, I really think he contributes nothing more than marginal solidity. If our loyal away fans have turned on Coyle, it will be a long hard season for him. He is definitely too satisfied with a point, home or away. Another good effort from Emnes... Come on Rovers, we must avoid relegation at all costs.
Backroom Tom Posted September 13, 2016 Backroom Posted September 13, 2016 The worrying thing is the distance we are behind the likes of Barnsley, Bristol and Burton who are the teams we would be expecting to be in front of.
